Yea there seems to be very little thought gone in to it. What if Nofo does his ACL - do Melbourne just send him back and we have to cover his rehab and contract for the length of time he is sidelined. There needs to be some guidelines covering all clubs when loaning players as to who is up for what should the unexpected occur.

I would like to see Madden be given the Number 7 jersey for the rest of the season to prove himself as the main man going forward or not.

Like most on the Forum I believe Luke Brooks is a decent NRL player but not really a half back to lead a struggling club to glory. I think too many of us look at his huge contract value (not his fault) and then compare him to other million dollar players like Hunt, DCE, Ponga, etc.

Running 5/8 or is it too late to convert to a Centre. He is quick, can tackle and another kicking option if halves are caught with ball on the 5th. Has great lateral movement.

You could have put Nathan Cleary in our reserve grade team this year and he wouldn't have been able to do much with many of the players around him. In my opinion Madden has the potential to step up, just hope he shows it on the big stage.

Can only hope he replicates what Dearden has been able to do since leaving the Broncos and playing with the Cowboys / Queensland Origin Side.

Hopefully without the eye gouging that the clowns at the NRL conveniently managed to overlook.

Should have been rubbed out for 5 or 6 weeks.

Probably scared that he was going to be used as a tackle bag as part of Blore's rehab.🤣

The guy can still look angry but I think his best is in the past.
