Yes, good point tonza, he wasn’t recognised as a good player until he went to chooks. At WT, he was an opportunist with a high work rate and high skill level.
At roosters he became an organiser, leader, game analyst. The natural progression of maturity and experience.
I honestly can’t recall a player we have developed to near their full potential? Woods, maybe?
James Tedesco won Dally M fullback of the year and had played two years of SoO before he left the Tigers so someone recognised he was a good player.
