I have my doubts about Lauries ability to defend in the front line.

Talau to the back row makes sense, but I’m not convinced that he isn’t better than both of our current centres as well.

They said we tried to sign him from the dragons or something and he ended up at Penrith, I believe...

Not we are currently chasing him.

Well there is a full off season to see if Laurie can adapt well to the five eight position.

Imo Laurie would demonstrate more resilience in the front line than Douiehi who was targeted successfully by Robinson.

That’s the problem Pascoe and Lee should be kept right away from the football department.
Let them look after the front office.
That’s how we got stuck with Nora on a long term huge contract.

It used to be us that was linked to every player off contract, released or wanting out of their current contract. Now its the dogs with their magical never ending salary cap.

People are saying punt the players before they even wear our kit for what - a comment or lack of a comment. Like seriously cmon.

On Papa the club made statements and closed it down from their end - they had zero concerns.

On Api they have dealt with it, it’s done. We have zero idea how that conversation/activity went down nor should we.

They both will play and I have zero doubt you and others not wanting Api here will be cheering them on next year.

You are correct that I , like all others here want this club to succeed. Once again, I didnt see anyone say punt him. However If you accept disrepect, you get disrespect. It was "dealt with behind closed doors" & in this instance when the disrespectful comment was made publicly, Api should of been made publicly apologise. It would of sent a strong message to him & and all other players the new type of strong culture we are trying to build. Simple as that.

Settle down I was just asking as I thought it was early last week.. There alot of crap on here and time flies so thought it was longer.

Absolutely. It is clear he presents a danger to defences with his ability to offload with two or more defenders on him. I am pleased Sheens sees different strengths of players and has the nous to bring it all together in a team.

Absolutely, he could be the best offloader in the comp if he can work on the other parts to his game. His main issues were fitness and confidence. If he rips in to offseason and bulks up a bit more then hopefully that will encourage him to rip in on the field. He's only 20 for goodness sake. Are we really writing off a 20 year old prop from first grade?
 
big fan of Sullivan but I don't see a spot for him at WT unfortunately unless Brooks does in fact head to Newcastle. dogs in the box seat and understandably so.
