if we do not have what Sheens deems a better replacement for 2023 at 7 then I don't think he will let him go to strengthen another squad.
Has he really asked for a release 3 times, the nrl360 crowd says he has that doesn't mean much ...
If Sheens doesn't see Hastings as a 7 he won't play him there

If and that is a big if he did ask for a release that was when madge was coaching
Don't think Sheens will let him go in 2023 unless Frizell is on offer at newcastle
