Wow and ain't that 110% good news!Lee said he's 90% sure most people don't like his hat.... and 10% sure, the other 10% are lying.
Forster?Hi boys n girls, merry Christmas to all, haven't been on here for a while and don't hear much up here on the mid north coast, what's going on with bateman, any updates seems to be the longest negotiation in the history of the game
Thanks gregevery indication is that Bateman is coming but the announcement is delayed due to a) him not being in the country yet, and want him there as part of the press conference when announced. b) salary cap still to be determined.
Whilst i think the above is likely, its not official until its official.
Yep everything you said makes sense. Regardless of whether Moses signs its most likely to be for 2024 and we gotta just remain focused on making our 2023 a hell of a lot better than 2022. If we dont with the addition of Api, Ice and Klem in 2023 it will be back to the drawing board again..I may be in the minority here, but I think Brown re-signing would make it a better chance of Moses leaving Parra. If Brown went to Dolphins, all of a sudden, they increase their offer to make sure they don't lose both and that door is shut.
I'm not saying he won't re-sign. But with Brown sticking around, surely their offer to Moses is limited in how much they can give him. The 6 year player option screams desperation of a club giving a player everything they needed to keep him from leaving (maybe for fear of losing both?)
Everything is speculation no matter which way you look at it now. Hopefully soon there will be an official announcement one way or another that sorts it out and clubs can move on.
Have you forgotten about Curtis Rona?Hi boys n girls, merry Christmas to all, haven't been on here for a while and don't hear much up here on the mid north coast, what's going on with bateman, any updates seems to be the longest negotiation in the history of the game
will it be stocked with an endless supply of triple plyPerhaps his own cubicle with his name and a star next to it was the clincher.
4 to 1 is good odds. With the amount of cash we have available we couldAnyway, back to the signings topic. What are the odds of Bateman or Moses being confirmed and before Christmas? Here are my odds;
*Bateman 4 to 1 on to sign *Bateman 20/1 before Christmas
*Moses 6/1 to sign *Moses 30/1 before Christmas
Is Nathan Brown signed yet?I think if we sign Nathan Brown & John Bateman we can make the semis. Fowards win matches and if we get them two we will have one of the best forward packs in the competition and that will help Luke Brooks and Adam Douiehi to improve their respective games have some faith in Sheensy he knows what he is doing.

Honestly we need someone like him who can offer intensity to our pack.
Yes we can get back to enjoying him miss crucial tackles and field goals and going missing when behind by 20With the likelihood of Moses re signing with Parra there will be a good side. I will not have to like him and can continue to dislike him with a passion
That's not necessarily true though. He may be tossing up between WT and the Dogs because Parra low balled him...I do work in business, It's more obvious that you don't know your arse from your elbow.
If they weren't prioritising Moses, He'd be signed elsewhere
(Remember what happened when we didn't prioritise him)
The fact they got the kids deal done before him means nothing in the importance of a player in their squad or thinking.....
He's their senior Half, Goal Kicker and just took them to a grand final.
You assume he's not a priority - What do you do when he signs a mega deal to stay with them?
Still say he's not a priority?
risky thinking you would get much intensity from Nelson, being long in the tooth n coming back from 2yr holiday in unionI don't want Brown. He was mostly in reserve grade last year and we have a good bunch of middle forwards.
I get what you are stating about intensity. Why not Nelson ?
Badly .....of course Spartan ....what does Dr Phil say about the past actions leading us to what the future holdsHow will the tigers spend the Money set aside for Mitch Moses when he extends with Parra????
Still making perfect sense after all these years, good on ya Telltails 👍I think Moses biggest consideration in signing his next contract will be which roster offers the most hope of him playing finals footy. Monetary wise he is sorted whoever he plays with but of the three clubs that reportedly are after him even though we have strengthened our squad out continual failure to produce on the field may be a risk that he is not prepared to take on especially as a marquee signing.
