If Sheens thought the roster was good enough - now he has the job of getting the wins - he wouldnt be so activlely trying to rebuild it.I agree with you TT. Sheens certainly picked his moment and I would agree with you except for one aspect.
If madge had shown some upwards trajectory, we wouldn't be having this conversation. I don't think the expectations were high with the inherited squad, he just delivered even lower.
Sheens also had a pretty cushy job with little accountability, but has jumped back into the fire. That's not nothing.
The roster was always the problem - the coach is just the easiest target.
