Why would that delay the announcement? Lock in 24 and announce it. There is no pressure on anyone to release him for 23 if he hasnt signed for 24.

I think if 2023 had no shot at happening then why delay it, shifty Sheens probably having a roll of the dice.
For Moses could 2023 mean more money if he signed with the Tigers? we know what Moses abd his manager think about money

I remember he stayed down trying to milk a penalty and Blorey mocked him and NB was straight up all of a sudden trying to square up.

Shawn sonned him badly that night.

He has a lot to offer, imo.

my memory is pretty bad but i seriously remmeber blore ran up to him. But honestly maybe you're right.
