Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I think the jump from Matts to Ball is a big one.

They’ll be much better next year and will have a lot of the same side considering the core of the team is playing up a year.

Should still probably be doing better though considering Da Silva and Galvin are two of the better spine players in the comp.

Saw large is injured for hmatts.

Maybe we pick up Patrick Herbert at centre??
Patrick Herbert - Centre
Interesting where he was born…. Hello Benji’s hometown
Born: 10 January 1997 (age 26 years), Whakatāne, New Zealand
Height: 1.81 m

He is however out whilst recovering from an ACL tear last year so not going to be ready for us this year

Surely we go for Turuva. Penrith can't keep both him and May.

Have wanted him for a while and wish we went hard for him. He is a better fullback than Winger and can also play center. Fitness freak and absolute class talent. Going to have a very good future in the game. Hope Api pulls the family card and gets him across. He is signed with Panthers till end of 24.

Now that Moses is gone I reckon we at least need to sign an up and coming half to progress and put Pressure on whomever is in first grade.

Joseph O'Neil at the dogs Flegg squad would make sense. Oloapu has the future spot lined up on his big money deal. He'll be looking elsewhere, we have no one in the halves in NSW cup or Flegg. No prospects whatsover.

Now if only we had a player to trade with the dogs. Oh wait, we did but rather than get a player in return that will help us we released Kautoga for a few bucks and now have no leverage.

Volkmann the other option worth exploring ASAP

An:d why was that ? His ball handling wasn’t great and his positioning wasn’t either. He wasn’t successful when we let him go. Teddy on the other hand was different, left as a star.
This is an indefensible position considering the career JAC has had imo. JAC scored some electric tries in his brief stint with us and some of those tries none of our 1-7 could come close to replicating. Some players are just so obviously talented you should not let them go.
