Purely a thought, Benji Marshall is managed by Aria so I'm sure he is talking to his manager on potential recruits from that stable ( https://www.ariamanagementgroup.com.au/ ). The one I'd be going for is Jayden Campbell.

Another thought is that Crown Sports / Mario Tartak ( https://www.crownsports.com.au/ ) has a number of our young guns in their stable, the Laulilli brothers & Tallyn Da Silva, so I'm sure Benji is trying to maintain a very good relationship there. Talatau Amone is one (police record aside) I'd be discussing as a fresh start.

Both under contract but we have some bargaining chips (Doeuihi, Twal etc).

If we signed an organising half of George Williams' calibre or better, you would consider retaining Brooks on a bargain deal and instructing him to run like Forrest Gump, his only strength. But Doueihi could also play the role of running 6 and he has slightly more bows to his game than Brooks. But they're both limited.

But…. How he has managed to stay in the starting side the entire time….is beyond me.

By all reports the Tigers are already aware how much Williams transfer fee is, it's pretty pricey but they were waiting for Moses decision. Reckon within a month he will be signed as our half for next year.

Tell me why you could possibly entertain even for $200.000 resigning Brooks a player who cant win a game for us, but he certainly knows how to lose games,
Thats like going into the market an buying 20 of the cheapest players forget wether they can play well but we wont have to pay very much for them.
