To get the best out of Fifita I think you really need a winning environment where players are constantly held accountable. Put him in this current WT outfit and he's more likely to coast. I like Holbrook and think he's a pretty good developer of talent. But even he must be frustrated with a guy who is as inconsistent as he is destructive.
