Pellow goes straight in. Will be interesting to see what he can do.

Agree.

Doesn't look like they are interested in giving Laurie a run at 5/8. That's a shame because he has some potential to excel in that position.
Can't see many clubs lining up for him...

He seems to be a fan of the Shire though.
Maybe Newtown will be his next club.

I can see him kicking on if he goes to a decent club actually. He would play well in a team with a powerful forward pack that plays very direct. Whether he has done enough to get a shot at a club like that is very debatable.

Time will tell I suppose!

Mansfield to the bench?
Tuivaiti someone out of nowhere?

Mansfield came off the bench last weekend too.

Boyling doesn't look like a future first-grade prospect but goes well at that level.

Tuivaiti is a 25-year-old second-rower/prop who's been playing for Ryde-Eastwood in Massey Cup.

Has played 20 NSW Cup games for North Sydney previously.

Just there to fill a spot on the bench it looks like.

Any info on how Tumeth came through Flegg last week?

I thought he would be a definite for NSW Cup this week to build his load back up after his hamstring injury.

But we all know the Tuesday list often does not reflect the matchday list so I'm hoping he gets a run with Flegg having the bye.

Wonder if we just take 19 up to Magic Round too...or if we have a few more in the squad just in case of illness/injury. That would see the likes of Laurie/Blore maybe even Reilly pull out as they were named in the 22 man squad.

Even if they dont take extra players, you are right...there will most likely be some changes.

Seeing L. Saukuru on a wing is confusing. If the club rate him, they need to stop stuffing him around and develop him in the one position. We finally learnt that with Tupou and it is doing him wonders at the moment.
