Johnson, Walker etc DO NOT fit his criteria of our best signing in a decade.

I don’t think it’s the worst idea but it shouldn’t be the answer in 24 or 25 to drive us to the finals.

It would take a 2-3yr deal & incentives outside of his registered contract for him to move his family across.

Would surprise me if it happened.

I like it! The one I thought of is 18yo Latu Fainu. He played in the City U18s on Saturday & formed a good partnership with Tallyn Da Silva and Lachlan Galvin on an edge. Thinking may be to add him to the top 18-19s we have. Bring him via JF & Cup next season.

Short term plan to bring in a mentor controlling half for 1-2 seasons max in Johnson, Pearce, Townsend, Hunt mould (worst case Sezer) & re-sign Brooks as 5/8 for 2 seasons on $450k approx (and if Brooks wants to go elsewhere look at Blake Taafe, Connor Tracey).

Big fans of all of those players. However that spine is probably too inexperienced as a unit.

I suppose Bula will likely have 70 games by the time Large is 19.
