Stats are surprisingly good..but at 5.10 and 92kgs...and not excatly lightening quick...just not sure whether he can reproduce that in NRL
Thought he was being groomed as a 6 before Laurie got dropped to KOE and trialled in that position..maybe we shld switch our investment in 6 to Riley as Laurie looks done

Hes actually an ok defender..its his decision making which constantly holds him back,whether on field or off field.Seems to have cleaned up his act,so issue is whether hes coachable
 
fultons strength at manly was identifying good young players and brining them into first grade I’d imagine his role would be very similar here but instead of picking players from us he will be helping them play for our team

Personally,Id be putting my $$ into a proven 6 or 7 who adds value immediately over Wakeham(who is improving each week, but not quite NRL atm)
Hunt ..maybe ask in a month or two after SOO)),as despite a stellar 2022 he hasnt been delivering this season and at age 33 and $1.2 mill..not so sure
Im still a Blake Taafe fan tbh..perfect 7 to support Brooks at 6..and less than half Hunts $$...
 
One to watch this week is Junior Pauga for the Roosters. Unwanted by us. Signed with North Sydney on a NSW Cup contract. Smashing it in NSW Cup. Now getting a start with the Chooks. Robbo has dropped Tupou & Paulo. Could have been one that got away.

Much prefer our Tupou & Nofa seems to have found his mojo again but could have been handy to hold on to on reasonable $$$. Can play centre & wing.

I still have nightmares about him touching a ball that hasnt travelled the required distance.

Tupou is coming back from injury, not dropped.
