How much did we resign that stud Doueihi for it was upwards of $600k?
If that is the case that is the only way i could see Brooks having sour grapes over our offer, unless of course he does have a mystery suitor. He is def worth a touch more than Doueihi but Doueihi isn't worth over $600 in fact no where near it imo.

I still think he is more likely to stay than go. The only club I see him fitting at is the Dogs.

It’s almost inconceivable that after all these years when we finally have the chance to let Brooks walk we have absolutely no replacement plan. Although, we won’t be able to judge whether Brooks was adequately replaced until just before the season kicks off next year once all the player movements have taken place.

I know he’s old now but we need an experienced organising half like Ben Hunt. Can also kick and pass like no other half since Prince left us. He hasn’t committed to staying at the Dragons yet. Always rated him although has that inconsistency tag. But he’s been on fire these last few years.

Disregard. Just read that Titans are offering him 900k to return to Qld. Apparently the Bulldogs want him too. So no chance he comes here ffs

Correct the Dragons would have to let him go. But he was close with Anthony Griffin and did hint he would look to go elsewhere if another coach came in.
