When is the last time our CEO has made a statement ? He hired Fulton to solve our recruitment problems ! How's that going ?
He said his precious Center of Excellence ( Excellence ? What a joke ) would be a magnet to attract top talent ! How's that going ?
2 things ( apart from putting in the worst performance in NRL history )concern me
- At the post game press conference Sheens sounded " defeated " saying he had no answers and that there's very little in our Cup squad who can help and its too early for promising youngsters . Basically no answers !
- The team looked anything but a team .They look a disjointed rabble .No marker defence ,wingers left stranded .Effort non existent. Cold drops by many They looked an unhappy group even before kick off .yet a few weeks ago at Leichardt the complete opposite
I would love to know what was said and done especially by our Chief Executive in the last few weeks to achieve this
A happy harmonious group working for each other to a very unhappy group who don't appear to give a *+×!
To the Boss -step down or most of the fans will ! Last night really hurts ! Get it !
Or demetriou the ceo who used to run the AFL that guy was a fantastic ceoI agree, he'd be the guy I'd be going after. But, if you want an out of left field pick I'd go for Tom Harley the Swans CEO. He is a terrific administrator in every way.

Absolutely no reason why not. These guys are top sports administrators who would be able to apply their skills to another sport. You have to sell them on the challenge of the new role and give them a remuneration package to match the challenge. I'd offer someone like Harley a package that could see him earn up to $1m a year if he meets KPIs. I'm talking real KPIs involving position on the ladder, financial performance and number of new members brought in and existing members retained, not airy-fairy stuff.AFL people aren’t coming to the NRL

Pascoe had an afl backgroundno… they just don’t do it… they treat their sport like a religion… and that would be heresy
I posted the Lomax scoop a couple of months ago about him wanting out and we’re a good chance at picking him up - idk if that has changed these last couple of months but expect our name to be thrown around as a potential suitor
Lomax and To’a as a centre combination for the next 10 years could be dangerous and he kicks goals too
But as last night shown… we need a whole lot more than just a centre but it’s a step in the right direction at least.

He'd be one option, if on a modest contract. It's clear that all of the centres currently at the club are not of sufficient quality. They are all backups at bestI posted the Lomax scoop a couple of months ago about him wanting out and we’re a good chance at picking him up - idk if that has changed these last couple of months but expect our name to be thrown around as a potential suitor… massive tigers fan and grew up idolising Benji. He was very close to being with us a couple of years ago.

Lomax is not the answer here, he is a dumb , selfish player that makes a lot of very silly decisions,,, we have plenty of those players already
Might have something to do with tossing a player to the curb who was the best and fairest last year abx recommitted to the club only last Sept after an horrendous season. When is the last time our CEO has made a statement ? He hired Fulton to solve our recruitment problems ! How's that going ?

I agree wholeheartedly. Lomax is 2 steps back & is very slow as well. Not good to culture.Lomax is not the answer here, he is a dumb , selfish player that makes a lot of very silly decisions,,, we have plenty of those players already
Is that 48 hours for all .. or 48 hours eachHim Curtis Rona and the mystery prop.
Lomax has his issues but he's so much better than what we have...I posted the Lomax scoop a couple of months ago about him wanting out and we’re a good chance at picking him up - idk if that has changed these last couple of months but expect our name to be thrown around as a potential suitor… massive tigers fan and grew up idolising Benji. If Flanagan has moved Lomax on before he gets in the door - take notice for godsake!!
Doesn't even want to have a crack at coaching him given his youth and physicality - massive red flags. We need effort players.
