Unprofessional: Our 'culture'...

Why yhe hell would you ?
Do you wanna watch garbage lke that live?
They obviously dont give a stuff about us, otherwise this rubbish taking off overseas mid season wouldnt be occuring
Happy to take your money but nothing in return

Scam artists & frauds
Unfortunately I dont think anything will change.
As others have said, the roster is brittle and with a couple of major contributors out, the team falls to pieces. Blame the team? The coaches make baffling selection decisions mid season and destabilise the playing group. Blame the coaches? At the same time they are undermined by management changing the selection structure without reference to the coaching staff. More destabilisation. Blame management?
As a business, the Wests Tigers are providing a product that we, as fans, consume. It is no longer a question if Wests Tigers provide value for money to their supporters. They are a basketcase that we continue to support, and that they know we will continue to support.
Unfortunately we have created the rod for our own backs. Over time, we have allowed Wests Tigers to entrench mediocrity into their management. There are zero consequences for management when the onfield product is garbage. We just keep buying it.
The only way Wests Tigers management will wake up to themselves is if they feel it in their back pockets.

I can accept we have a few roster changes through injury, but we had the bye round to prepare for this, and we did not field our KOE side, so how do you explain a first grade side with a reasonable amount of the cap still playing not to be ready for revenge round. It clearly seems that one of the coaches or both are losing the dressing room or this is Sheens discreet way of getting his own back at the club for past sins.

I stopped buying it a few seasons ago after a decade of continual membership... But yeah I get it a few here and there make little difference when they end up conning 20 times more each year to part with their hard earned.
Not for me

For every member that's had enough there seems to be multiple more each year replace them... Club knows it too. Marketing $$$ that's all it's all about
Just one big con

In American sporting culture they hang banners for their school/college/franchise sporting achievements in their training facility.
WT should hang a banner in their COE of the NRL era record 0-74 loss.

Bugger the banner the things that should be hanged are the coach ceo and entire board

Well said 100% correct , team on the bottom should be flogged for a few days over that period and also bought in to do video sessions , I would call them sessions who’s fault was that and get them to stand up and admit it each time video shows a staff up
There is an argument about whether you should focus attention on negative or positive behaviour. I’m sure as professional footballers most will know what they did poorly but I personally believe you must continue articulating what correct and positive behaviour looks like.
It was interesting recently when the Sharks got spanned that Fitzgibbon picked exactly the same team to give them a chance to correct what had happened.
Perhaps that’s the best thing to do for us because making more changes in a short week will probably not bear any fruit.
Let’s see how Sheens and Co approach it.

Haha reading through all the dribble on this forum is classic West Tigers from head to toe its toxic, the "fans" , players and all staff . Haha I'm surprised so many people are surprised .it's high fives and fist pumping when Tigers lay it on the cowboys with 66 points we where on the other end this time rrr well bad day at work Haha Cowboys turned it around so will the Tigers and I guarantee we don't got back to back with the wooden spoon .yeah guarantee

I'm beginning to believe expansion is motivated to weed out the clubs who can't compete - Sydney being the target.
We have money to buy players but there are few that are available to turn this mess around, and managers are pulling all the strings to ensure their best players go to the best best clubs while we pick up the ones who are looking for the retirement package or those just content to get paid.
I can't see a way out without a change in the rules around the cap but the strong clubs will be more than happy to ensure the status quo.
I don't think weeding out the shit clubs is the motivation for expansion but it will be the result.

Did he go for something important like a funeral etc? or was it just because more his old 'homesick' schtick? If so, the bloke is weak as piss and a terribly soft individual. Get the cotton wool out.
Unless we hear real soon that he is bringing his family out to live in Aust. my guess is he is making arrangements to walk out on WT and go back home. And personally, I wouldn't blame him if he did.

Yeah these guys will know what role they played in that humiliation. Not sure we’ll much choice but to play the same team this week. The cupboard is bare.
