2024 Memberships

I ordered members pack and paid extra for fast delivery, within 12 days instead of 14.
It’s day 15 so I rang and explained the sitch to Brodie, who said “It comes from China so it’s about 4 weeks unless you ordered before the the Xmas cutoff”. So I explained again how I had paid extra for delivery within 12 days, it’s now day 15 so I would like to be reimbursed the difference. Brodie again mentioned the Xmas cutoff and 4 weeks. So I said to Brodie stop reading the script and listen to what I am saying and explained yet again to which he finally said “oh, you like a refund on the delivery fee?” I said yes.
So he is going to talk to his team and get back to me asap. Now it’s not the $20 delivery I have an issue with, it’s that fact that this also happened last year and I let it go. So we’ll see what the “team” has to say.

I'd probay rejoin again but having to go through this shit fight we see me not... And. The fact I can't choose.my games... Don't want whole. Season just four or 6 games at CSS. & LO
 
I live interstate but have been a member for over a decade. Supporter membership doesn't cost much and frankly I'm shocked how many supporters aren't members. It's not all about tickets. If half the tiger supporters bought supporter membership we'd be streaks ahead of other teams and it can only be good for the club.
Thanks for pointing this option out, I just signed up to a club membership (no games as I rarely go now) and feels good to contribute again

Watched the Shane Richardson interview and decided to renew my membership for the first time in 7 years.

I feel like I've been numb to a lot of things with this club. But this weeks decision has bought back a feeling I haven't had in such a long time.

Can't wait for next season!

Sounds like a lack of professionalism hasn't just been limited to the board; hopefully improvements are seen throughout the whole organisation - the above customer 'service' experience is absolutely pathetic.

I believe it has usually been some way into the season before we have reached the 20,000 member/pet mark and this has usually been after an extended period of "aggressive" marketing.

Will be interesting to see what the membership numbers get to this year and if that number is reached a lot sooner than is normally the case.

After many years of buying membership this is the first time it's on hold still waiting for the coach to get to his first game.of the year

So furthermore to this membership pack delivery issue: Another two days passed and nothing from Brodie or his team. Last Friday I decided to give them another call and I got Eloise who initially went to the standard script like Brodie. I listened and explained again how I paid for fast delivery and it’s now four days passed the later delivery that I didn’t need to pay extra for. Eloise got it pretty quickly and said you need a refund on that delivery I will talk to the manager and get back to you today. Eloise did get back to me later that day and said I would get a full refund on delivery and she would follow up with Oz Post as it had been sitting in Melbourne for a week.
It has arrived today, woo hoo, everything in tact.
Moral of the story is if you ring Tigers Membership team and get Brodie, asked to speak to Eloise.

I'm in the same boat as you, may just take a year off, but it will be interesting to see what the membership numbers will be for 2024.

I still believe they have been fudging the figures though.
 
I'd say much of that is to do with the premium pricing of games at the old girl and the loss of any compensation for pain and suffering we were getting for going to the home ground of the Parra-sites.

Makes a reserve seat pretty good value if you go to all 5 games
 
You are correct, there is definitely a discount for the 5 games at Leichhardt if you take out a membership compared to buying the 5 tickets to the games throughout the year as a non member, then of course there is the membership package that you receive on top of that as well as a bit of a bonus.

The point @OzLuke was making is that he is paying the same amount as last year to go to 3 less games even though last year only 3 of those games were at Leichhardt and the other 5 were at Parramatta.

Still it goes to highlight the higher pricing overall at Leichhardt and the incentives that were being offered to play at Parramatta, and let's face it, that is all that it is, Parramatta's very own home ground.
