Thank you for the support Guys. It’s funny when you can download things in a place like this where it doesn’t feel as confronting as in person. I’m well and have holidays to look forward to. Im excited about our team next year but with no expectations . I’m a tragic fan and will always be (much to the dismay of my poor wife who has endured this year with me). Funny where you find your support but very appreciated nonetheless. I spend too much time here to some but it’s part of my life (since 2009 I think) - as is the Wests Tigers - thank you 🙏

Ive been through the worst two years of my life 22 & 23....stay strong mate getting thru tough times makes us stronger, you have no other option for yourself and your young family
 
Yep, 23 has been my worst year, too. I'm almost afraid to see what 24 has in store ...

But, I'd like to wish every a happy Christmas 🎄 I hope you get to spend time with the ones you love, and like @Lauren says up there, reach out if it gets too much.❤️
 
Sorry to hear you all had such a poor year.
Mine was 2016. Buried a lot of people in one year and saw 2 relationships crumble that I am yet to repair.
We go on though because the will to live is stronger than the will to give in. Call it arrogance, call it stubbornness or anything else. It’s damn hard to break a human being. Enjoy your time tomorrow with whoever you get to spend it with. If that answer is no one, reach out on here there’s always someone about.

What do you say sorry doesn't cut it just no word's can... if your over 50 at least you had a knock but under that especially when they are young just so so hard

If there is a need to 'look after' someone we do our best to achieve a good outcome for them.
But, at the same time, we have to give as much time in looking after ourselves, as we do looking after the other person. Otherwise, it's a bad outcome for both.
