i think the only reason leaving head coach position for another head coach position doesn't happen much is because rarely is it ever an option.
How many clubs are seeking to hire a coach from a poor performing team? Or why would a coach want to leave a good team for a poor one?

Given Luai will still be at the Riff for another full season i kind of get their being a little annoyed at the photoshopped image of Jahrome in a Tigers shirt but the image was quickly "vanillarised" to soothe their hurt feelings so that should end the matter.

I agree it's not the same but I think it does show that most coaches (like mostly everyone else) will do what is best for themselves in any given scenario.
And as I previously said, how often is a head coach ever in a position that they are likely to be offered a head coaching role elsewhere and that role looks more attractive?

This is about how it impacts on Luai. We have no responsibility to keep Penrith happy but Luai does. We did him no favours by posting this . It was a dumb move.
