I recall Ivan giving him his ring one year.Would he even have a ring? He’s never played in any of their grand finals.

Seyfarth tries his heart out, he tries and tries all day long.. nobody tries harder than Alex, believe meYeo is the lock...but in any case, Seyfarth tries very hard which is what matters. Luai is a believer.
I'm not really interested in what consenting adults do behind closed doors.I recall Ivan giving him his ring one year.
Great squad player keeps the big names honest, helps set a standard, just don't think he should be a regular in the 17.Seyfarth tries his heart out, he tries and tries all day long.. nobody tries harder than Alex, believe me
I know it's bad isn't it. Ok, I am happy to give Sullivan this year... to see if he can prove he has some talent and can get a contract upgrade at another club.I was going to say the same thing. The ink on his contract hasn’t even dried.
Exactly AdelaideTiger.Great squad player keeps the big names honest, helps set a standard, just don't think he should be a regular in the 17.
I agree he probably starts, thought Morgan Smithies was great last night for the raiders.Exactly AdelaideTiger.
We don’t have a 30 million dollar salary cap to sign 30 superstars and every other NRL club has players comparable to Seyfarth to provide depth within their top 30.
He may potentially start the season as our 13, it’s well known we don’t have a current standout 13 within our roster.
So we're writing off one guy who's played zero games because we're "FULL" with two other guys who've played zero games plus Luai.I know it's bad isn't it. Ok, I am happy to give Sullivan this year... to see if he can prove he has some talent and can get a contract upgrade at another club.
But on Halves, WERE FULL.
Luai + Galvin/Fainu with Sezer as reserve.
Move Sullivan on. It's just the reality of the situation once we hired Luai.
If we want to have x-factor and score points we need a combination of Sullivan/Fainu/Galvin in the halves and leave Sezer in NSW Cup to only be called upon when injuries occur or if the other 3 are not living up to expectation. So we're writing off one guy who's played zero games because we're "FULL" with two other guys who've played zero games plus Luai.
I see.
Doueihi won't be returning as a half. Centre or nothing IMO. With Galvin maybe slotting into centres or the potential acquisition of Lomax, he likely won't be re-signed.Weve got a surplus of halves which we all know, but weve gotta give them 10 rounds or so minimum to determine excatly who stays and who doesnt based on performance
I personally thought Sullivan was a kneejerk reaction out of desperation, but he may just kick on under Benji..who knows?
And Latu was based on expectation of Galvin not being ready for a few years..which doesnt look like the situation
And Douhi to return..maybe in career best form?
Lets give em all a go and make a fact based decision
..and then spend the spare $$ on outside backs
It is a nice problem to have.Weve got a surplus of halves which we all know, but weve gotta give them 10 rounds or so minimum to determine excatly who stays and who doesnt based on performance

Possibly a dream dream believer, but then there has been too much of this Monkee talk lately. 🤣Yeo is the lock...but in any case, Seyfarth tries very hard which is what matters. Luai is a believer.
Your probably right, but if he happens to return in 2021 form hes one of the first pickedDoueihi won't be returning as a half. Centre or nothing IMO. With Galvin maybe slotting into centres or the potential acquisition of Lomax, he likely won't be re-signed.

Some are surpluss to requirements next year though so hopefully all will be having a red hot crack this year to either keep on our list, or impress other clubs.
Fainu and Galvin have long careers ahead of them you would presume.
I wouldnt rush either into first grade.
It wouldnt be ideal, but managing them in, is the correct course of action. Was thinking this the other day,
For mine - Out of all of them, I see Sullivan as the first on the block
- I don't see much of a future at WT's for him (Poor Bugger, To sign only to be Guzzumpt by Luai)
Was wondering (Not just for next year),
How disruptive it would be if we leaned on both Fainu and Galvin at 6 for the next year or 2...
Would suck changing players / styles... But They're both super young and need to be eased in, especially in a bog ordinary side....
Would be good to alternate with each every few weeks, But I don't know how that works for Game Plans - Not ideal I'd assume...
Sezer won't be here when Luai isI know it's bad isn't it. Ok, I am happy to give Sullivan this year... to see if he can prove he has some talent and can get a contract upgrade at another club.

💯 you need competition for spots, especially the two most important ones on the field. If everyone is killing it then you find ways to fit guys in. They may all be halves, but none of them have the same playing style or even the same body shape, there's plently of options over the next couple yearsIt is a nice problem to have.

There's no way any club is paying more than 400k for him next season, will the Dragons chip in that much? But then he's also not on 800k this year either.Exactly right.
I can see the Roosters or Eels somehow finding the cap space to pay him his 800k contract value should he somehow get the Dragons to release him.
So even if we entered the race, why would he want to join the Wests Tigers if he could potentially join the Roosters or Eels for the same contract value ?
This is the realistic problem we face at the moment, hence the big emphasis on trying to develop our own juniors and recruiting young talent before they have reached their potential.
Not forgetting it could be very different in a few years time if we can build and become a highly competitive team.
With another 10-15 years experience, he could be even better. Let's hope his body holds out.Seyfarth tries his heart out, he tries and tries all day long.. nobody tries harder than Alex, believe me
