It’s more me wanting to back Galvin to be our future. If we have a bet each way and lose Gal I’ll be disappointed.

Im not sure that keeping Latu around another few years needs to have any impact on Galvin being the longer term 6… just get Galvin extended another couple of years between now and round 1 next year …

What off one game that Staines has played well? I’d go with Alaimalo as he’s at least shown heart and some try assists.

Staines plays with heart every game.

Karapani plays well at Broncos. South’s junior extremely quick from NZ. Richo would know South’s juniors the kid can play. Errors in his game but played very few games. Broncos have Arthars, Staggs, Cobbo so maybe an option.

You're writing Latu off after less than 80 mins playing injured and out of position? Do you remember how awful Tedesco was in 2013 returning from injury and on the wing? There have been countless other superstars who have had middling starts to their career and without the excuse of an injury. Give him time before you judge him.

Im all for keeping him ..but he needs to be contributing more than that if they are paying him $2mil over the next 4 years ..maybe try him at Center next year ..

I wouldn’t even consider it until I’ve seen him get a decent run in the halves. He was the highest rated out of all the young halves coming through, including Galvin. Trading him before he even plays 1 game is ludicrous.

The Dogs get a potential 10 year franchise half and we get a winger closing in on 30.

If anyone goes it’s Sullivan. Albeit he has been better (coming from an extremely low bar) the last couple games.

I hope you’re right, but like others have noticed, the instant there was SOO talk his effort dropped off a cliff. Terrible sign of his character or unfortunate coincidence

Yeah I didn’t think Lomax would make it but he has.
