Correct, the only way we looked like scoring was via a Kick. Bugs the hell out of me but WHY does it always look like QLD Run harder, Tackle harder then us WHY???
Not a crack at you but I actually was happy with the heart NSW showed last night. There were periods when NSW were tackling harder and running harder than QLD. However, it was always going to be nigh on impossible to crack the QLD defence once they were one down.
I don't think Suallii's tackle was intentional and so shouldn't have been sent off, rather 10 in the bin was appropriate.
As to the comments on Maguire's coaching and linking it to his time here - some people really don't get football if as one person said they still think it was the coach in his time here. Nothing has changed with a succession of coaches and nothing will until the players change their attitude.

Speed, skill and mobility beats the blues. Okay being a man down did not help, but the result would be the same if the send off did not happen.

Not sure what the Blues can do, Moses at 7 is a must, but who else do They have that will make a difference??

The press conference was fun.
The idiot about to cry again, accompanied by the imbecile.
They were both proud of the "effort".

Jake dumbarse: 29 minutes for 5 runs and 37 metres with 13 post contact metres sits in a press conference and praises his team's effort.
What a captain's knock.
I guess when you're a media darling you can get away with it.
When that guy runs you only have to wave a feather at him and he falls over.

What surprised me (a little) where Andrew John's comments. If I heard correctly, he was saying a send off in club matches but not in origin? If this is factual, yet another measure of his bipartisan approach to commentating. Which is evident in most, if not all, of his commentary.
He may have said it. Cam Smith and Fatty definitely said it.

Jurbo is a nice guy and a good tackler.

But he is so far below the intensity required at this level of football that it's nearly comical.

I think people underestimate what Hamiso brings. His sheer pace allows him to get to positions on the field that others can't and he gets himself into loads of last pass try scoring positions.

Luai did nothing wrong. The only way Burton comes in is if it’s in the centres.
He could have kicked more and ran straighter but I think he looked pretty dangerous last night. Teddy and Nicho stifled the attack. Teddy ran in circles to an edge and Nicho was slow and flat-footed, passing to stationary forwards and putting in rubbish nothing kicks
