Another Curtis Rona?Hunt plays low minutes … he is a luxury piece for a top team IMO … I doubt the club is even interested

Yeah Salad is not playing 14. 7’a make terrible benchys.Does he add much at 14? He is a game manager
I think I would rather TDS or Mason there. Although, I would like to see Mason have a run at FB
1. Mason
2. Bula/Lauilili
3. Doueihi
4. Olam
5. Turuva
Guaranteed they won’t be fit at all time so they’ll all get a run. Eventually Olam will drop out due to his age/retirement.
I find that strange as how many edge back rowers do the Bulldogs want or need ?![]()

Tupouniua apparently gone to the dogs
This is just a clip off an article that i came across about him being contracted to the storm for the next 3 years. How our blokes think they can get him over the line to the wests tigers is beyond me , and why they would consider it , seeing that he is still contracted to storm. They’ve just said on 360 if Stef decides to leave we’ll be making a big play for NAS.
As opposed to what ?Yeah Salad is not playing 14. 7’a make terrible benchys.
Before June 30?Wests Tigers apparently eyeing Nelson Asofa-Solomona
Mason on the bench hooker fullback half and centre everything is coveredAs opposed to what ?
Quite a few NRL teams have a hooker who cannot play any other position on their bench.
Api will simply not be able to physically continue to play the full 80mins each and every week and as much as I like TDS as a player, he is really a hooker who cannot play any other position.
Sezer would be more than capable of playing as a backup number 9 to give Api a rest, he would be more than capable of playing short stints as a link style of 13 to straighten the attack and create extra space for the likes of Luai to work with and obviously could play in the halves if required.
He would be far from a wasted bench spot with the effort and leadership he offers.
Ok so to elaborate; I don’t reckon Salad will wanna play 14 and will probably get a gig elsewhere at 7.As opposed to what ?

Mason and Latu Fainu both very good number 14 options too.Mason on the bench hooker fullback half and centre everything is covered
Not laughing at all, I also think NAS is overrated because he is such a big human.I know ppl will laugh but give me Ute any day of the week
Put Ute in that storm system and you have Payne hass playing for the storm
No doubt but I'm still going we keep stefI'm not sure anyone doubts that Stef is better then NAS and considerably younger. However if we can't keep Stef then it doesent matter how good Stef is it becomes what else can we bring in and how do they mix with what else we had.
Without Stef we have
Pole
Klemmer
Twal
Sione Fainu
Jordan Miller
Chris Faagutu
Rueban Porter
I think NAS gives you size, power, would be a great one for Miller to learn off given their similar size players and also is one of the best available and still has 2-3 years left in him.
But there is a lot of dead wood in the top 30 , they just got to get rid of them , to open up spotsI don't understand how you can basically live on here but missed Richo saying 2 weeks ago that we have 1-2 spots left with 1-2 mil to play with (the variation here is whether Stefano re signs)
We have plenty of cap money, our issue is roster spots.
Have seen Willison playing this year, he is not close to how he was playing last year, I would give him big miss.We won’t be getting Willison, not sure how some think we will ?
The point I am making is if we retain Stef, there probably won’t be enough money to sign Royce Hunt in any case.
But if we lose Stef we will desperately need a prop with plenty of size and impact to strike a big of fear in the opposition and even if it is only for 25-30 minutes per game, Hunt would be the only prop currently available who could provide what we would be missing from Stef.
If we are being honest Stef only really provides 25-30 minutes f quality each game in any case.
The deeper we dig, I think most WT supporters come to the realisation that Stef is irreplaceable.Have seen Willison playing this year, he is not close to how he was playing last year, I would give him big miss.
Tough crowd. He is going to be an absolute gun. Still young for a prop.Have seen Willison playing this year, he is not close to how he was playing last year, I would give him big miss.
Isn’t he 24 ?Tough crowd. He is going to be an absolute gun. Still young for a prop.
