He's even out of his depth in state cup, yet everyone was creaming themselves over a dummy half run in his FG debut. I highly doubt either Laulilii boy will cut it in the NRL. I'm not writing them off, but the odds are against you when you're slow and small.

1. Bateman and Luke were terrible and arguably were the difference between the two teams. At least Luke got two terrible passes that ‘helps’ explain his part

2. Tallin, looked dangerous which is exciting but has a lot of work to do in defence. If you don’t see it, go and watch the replay. He gets bumped way too often.

3. Pole was excellent. Stefan was poor except for about 7 mins.

4. Our contact is so soft. It allows players to think about options

5. Latu- like everyone said when the team list came out, this is not how we should develop him.

6. Adam - better in some parts but he doesn’t pass.

7. Sezer - he’s done. Try’s hard, but not effective.

8. Use of bench. Where do I even start.

That's the loss there.

We gave away the penalties and didn't put enough pressure on to earn them in defence. The sin bin was fine.

Kids are kids and make mistakes but jesus they have some potential which they prob should be showing in Flegg not NRL

Have no idea what Benji sees in him.

We signed him for another 2yrs into the squad.

I think he was good, yes he made a couple of mistakes but Gez, the kid has heart and wants to win.. I’d pick him every week this year. If you throw kids out for a bad couple of things then you find yourself where we have been for the last 10 yrs. The kid will be great. Farah is on the way out, we need a proper coach to help Benji.

TDS best game of 1st grade so far in his short career , keeps developing will be great replacement when Api retires. Alot of kids playing against men , some of these kids are still a few years off from 1st grade. Good experience. It's hard when our leaders and older players are playing shit.

Agree with everything except point 8. Sione, Twal and Latu all played well. Miller got another taste of first grade, which will benefit his development.

Benji needs to admit he is in over his head and get some real coaching in

I'd stick with some of these kids. If we're relying on them for the future, we might as well get some 1st grade miles in their legs this season.
Of more concern is their long term development. I'm not sold on Benji as a coach.

Souths completed at 93% , so i think most teams would not have flogged them at all
