And?
Ciraldo had 12 years of coaching experience before getting the Bulldogs job.
Marshall 0.
And with that 12 years of coaching experience they went about as well as we just did.
Maybe they should've sacked him

Fake news….?
We knew he had 0 experience when he was made coach. It's really crazy to sack him after 1 yearI can’t believe people don’t understand this point.
It’s really crazy.
the kids got better as the year went on -an it just seemed/stats will probably tear me 2 shreds(go 4 ya lives)they came out in the 2nd halve;s put on points, ala Sheens reign,I'd love one person to explain to me what Benji has shown in his year and a half of coaching the team that makes you believe he will be the answer. Anyone?
No, we played 24.Over 35 points per game. We only played 21. 3 were byes.
Disgraceful!
So what is your point? We knew he had 0 experience when he was made coach. It's really crazy to sack him after 1 year

So you think Marshall will get us to the top 4 next season based on what Ciraldo has done at the Dogs? 😂And with that 12 years of coaching experience they went about as well as we just did.
Maybe they should've sacked him
I remember when i was 10, the last thing my coach told me and my teammates every time before we ran out was “No matter what guys, just have fun”. Telling that to 10 years olds is a good thing. Telling professionals earning hundreds of thousands of dollars a year just to go out and play, not so much. I think Luai on 1.2 million needs a bit more of an authoritative message than that.Gotta admit I’m concerned by some of Benji’s comments in the last presser of the year… his message to the team was to “go out and play footy”…. In other words play touch footy and bugger defending… well they followed his instructions to the letter… too bad we couldn’t quite score 70 points to get the W…. Benji obviously doesn’t take or emphasise defence seriously…unless he has a massive shift of HIS mindset… we will come last again in 2025….
Would you give him another year, running the risk of another spoon and losing Galvin? I definitely wouldn‘t.
Not the same club, but same results. And think of it as an ego thing. Kind of like a girl dumping you, then 3 years later, she comes crawling back. There is a sense of feeling better off without her. Plus, he has a pretty sweet gig with NSW. It’s not gonna happen. Why not, he has unfinished business with us and would understand the clowns who were running things are now mostly gone, it's not the same club it was 5 years ago.
Because we could make inroads next year with an actual coach. But, we have Benji, so 🤷🏻♂️Serious question. What’s the difference between 3 spoons or 4? Or 4 vs 5?
I’m just curious how many spoons make a crisis?
Were you against the appointment of Benji when he was first hired? Because he had no experience back then too. My point is that it would be a mistake to sack benji after his 1st year considering:So what is your point?
I see the experienced coach doing well. If you think Benji will achieve the same I feel sorry for you.
Because we could make inroads next year with an actual coach. But, we have Benji, so 🤷🏻♂️
Yes I was. I was furious at the appointment of Sheens and absolutely disgusted that Benji was just gifted this job because he said he wanted it.Were you against the appointment of Benji when he was first hired? Because he had no experience back then too. My point is that it would be a mistake to sack benji after his 1st year considering:
That is poor coaching. We did not need to debut so many young blokes.-we used 37 players this year, 12 of those players were debutants
He wanted them-benjis assistants were Farah, Heighno (neither have coaching experience) and John Morris.
Only Luai has had a good year out of all them this season.-extremely young squad, incoming signings include Luai, Turuva, Skelton, Hunt, Bird, Horsburgh (likely)
So what? Still came last and got flogged in front of our sold out home crowd by a weakened side with the equal worst defence in the comp, after having 2 weeks to prepare for it.-we still won 2 more games than last year, performed about on par with 2023 Bulldogs
Been hearing that shit for 13 years. With an improved roster & coaching staff we'll go a lot better next year. Benji deserves at least one more.
THIS gives me hope of change.
Benji earned 2 of those spoons.Didn’t Benji inherit A b2b spoon team?
Not that I disagree, just don’t know if he’s the reason the club avoids quad spoons
