Yeah, he’s looks way too clean-cut to have attended my old state high.Newington boy, same as Makasini
But an authentic champion he is and we can be grateful he’s not a break away for the Dirty Reds or Randwick.

Look at the options with ties to Richo. The name who keeps popping out to me is ...coaching candidates - IF Benji is sacked now or after we lose the first 8 games.
who would you pick?
1. Brad Arthur
2. Madge
3. Holbrook
4. Josh Hannay
5. John Morris
6. ??????
Apart from the first two you wouldn't go the others.
Either 1 or 2.
Probs Madge (assuming he would take it)
Question is -- who would get us more wins in a year? Doesn't matter if madge burns people out if we win a comp in two years.
And would Galvin sign extension if current NSW coach was coming on board? hmmmm.
the hull deal with aiden is great for him
he did indicate he wanted to stay earlier in the
season, but couldnt turn down a two year deal and getting to link up with rapana again
the club is unusually quiet
either we are about to finalise our release list
or we are announcing a resigning 🤷♂️
This was always going to be the problem hiring a former head coach as assistant coach. He had sharks going ok. How can a defence coach implement anything if there’s not a united front from the top down? Ie Benji is not a defence orientated coach who goes on holidays mid season…
Yeah about 6 weeks post surgery for Olam and 3 weeks post shoulder reconstruction surgery for Jahream. He's on track for R1 too. There was a members injury update earlier in the week. The surgery was a success & he's on track to play round 1.
You have absolutely no clue if they’re a united front or not 😂 you don’t rate Benji we get it. Morris is listed as the defensive coach and we were one of the worst defences in the history of the league, enough said.He had sharks going ok. Indeed, to the point of knowing where the youngsters car keys are.Richo would have the lowdown on him given his close ties to the Brisbane Tigers.
Whispers were true. 1 year deal for Jazz Tevaga with Manly.Whispers are its Manly
I imagine that takes them out of the Dylan Walker chase then?Whispers were true. 1 year deal for Jazz Tevaga with Manly.

Double Hetherington'sThey need backups, we need bigger fish.. Oregon
Kaufusi, Kobe Hetherington, Leo Thompson, Selwyn
Cobbo, Kotoni Staggs, Tyson Frizzell. Any combo
of the above I'd be very happy with. Hard to know
much about contracts with the finals just starting
and no indication on how many & who we're releasing
Good, he is washed. Gives away a shitload of penalties and is a midget.Whispers were true. 1 year deal for Jazz Tevaga with Manly.
Madge myth put this club back ten yearscoaching candidates - IF Benji is sacked now or after we lose the first 8 games.

Actually it doesn’t. He had an MO for next year which wasn’t taken up. Our 30 is full for next year still without him, but I’m expecting some player movement soon to free up needed spots.Sezer officially signs 2 year deal with Hull FC.
Not a lot of cash opens up but some.
More importantly a definite roster spot.
Doesn’t deserve the job based off this year’s defensive efforts. He’s supposed to help with our defence yet it was very bad. Nowhere near in line for a promotion.I’d promote Morris as a interim whilst finding a better option
True. But the money that possibly committed for the option is back in the bank.Actually it doesn’t. He had an MO for next year which wasn’t taken up. Our 30 is full for next year still without him, but I’m expecting some player movement soon to free up needed spots.
Agree, I have no idea in reality. i get it. You rate benji. Just an opinion. You have absolutely no clue if they’re a united front or not 😂 you don’t rate Benji we get it. Morris is listed as the defensive coach and we were one of the worst defences in the history of the league, enough said.
Im not sold on his tenure as care taker coach and plus, Morris was defensive coach in 2024.I’d promote Morris as a interim whilst finding a better option
That’s a poor list to choose from. BA just barely had a pass mark given Parra made the finals 5 out of 10 times with him as coach. Besides from what’s been reported it sounds like he’s the coach for the Bears should they be the next team to come in which having a coach lined up will increase their chances given it’ll save time to look for one.coaching candidates - IF Benji is sacked now or after we lose the first 8 games.

I don’t think it’s whether he rates Benji or not, it’s just his assistants didn’t do a better job then Benji did to decide to replace Benji with one of them.Agree, I have no idea in reality. i get it. You rate benji. Just an opinion.
