Yeah, he’s looks way too clean-cut to have attended my old state high.

But an authentic champion he is and we can be grateful he’s not a break away for the Dirty Reds or Randwick.

Question is -- who would get us more wins in a year? Doesn't matter if madge burns people out if we win a comp in two years.

And would Galvin sign extension if current NSW coach was coming on board? hmmmm.

Look at the options with ties to Richo. The name who keeps popping out to me is ...

he did indicate he wanted to stay earlier in the
season, but couldnt turn down a two year deal and getting to link up with rapana again

the club is unusually quiet

either we are about to finalise our release list

He had sharks going ok. How can a defence coach implement anything if there’s not a united front from the top down? Ie Benji is not a defence orientated coach who goes on holidays mid season…

This was always going to be the problem hiring a former head coach as assistant coach.

There was a members injury update earlier in the week. The surgery was a success & he's on track to play round 1.

Yeah about 6 weeks post surgery for Olam and 3 weeks post shoulder reconstruction surgery for Jahream. He's on track for R1 too.

The only other men's players who Moussa reported on was Doeuihi who is having injection therapy on his knee & Luke Laulilii has received the all-clear from concussion protocols.

You have absolutely no clue if they’re a united front or not 😂 you don’t rate Benji we get it. Morris is listed as the defensive coach and we were one of the worst defences in the history of the league, enough said.

much about contracts with the finals just starting
and no indication on how many & who we're releasing

Sezer officially signs 2 year deal with Hull FC.

Not a lot of cash opens up but some.

More importantly a definite roster spot.

Actually it doesn’t. He had an MO for next year which wasn’t taken up. Our 30 is full for next year still without him, but I’m expecting some player movement soon to free up needed spots.

Doesn’t deserve the job based off this year’s defensive efforts. He’s supposed to help with our defence yet it was very bad. Nowhere near in line for a promotion.

It's hard to keep track of the 30 as you say you'd assume a few more releases.

Im not sold on his tenure as care taker coach and plus, Morris was defensive coach in 2024.

That’s a poor list to choose from. BA just barely had a pass mark given Parra made the finals 5 out of 10 times with him as coach. Besides from what’s been reported it sounds like he’s the coach for the Bears should they be the next team to come in which having a coach lined up will increase their chances given it’ll save time to look for one.

Madge won’t come back here and tbh I think it’ll be a mistake of brining him back. I was one of his supporters and I wanted him to have a chance with Api and Ice given I think he had a big hand in them coming here, but he coaches a certain way which not many players get behind. He’ll burn our players again which will result in talent leaving possibly even Galvin given he won’t stay when the squad is too burnt out from his training methods.

Holbrook while I don’t think he was the major problem when he was the Titans coach, he’s not exactly a world beater in terms of coaching. Most likely won’t play finals under him. Maybe avoid bottom 4 at best with him but don’t see us playing finals with him as coach.

Hannay hasn’t had a lot of experience in head coaching only been an interim if needed so can’t say how he’ll go.

Morris doesn’t deserve the job after this years bad display of defence. He’s supposed to help with it yet it was bad. Nowhere near in line for the promotion.

If the club is gonna replace Benji they’ll have to look elsewhere. These guys are not exactly the greatest coaches out there.

I don’t think it’s whether he rates Benji or not, it’s just his assistants didn’t do a better job then Benji did to decide to replace Benji with one of them.
