Suddenly the Hunt signing looks okay. He doesn’t have the motor which was a problem when we had no one else. But now with (presumably) May, Hunt can play the role that’s best suited. A 35-40 min wrecking ball off the bench. Meanwhile Terrell can take the big mins.

Absolutely. On his own, Hunt was a big question mark. As our OTHER big front row signing, he's a massive upgrade on what we brought off the bench, while May is, at worst, equal to what Utoikamanu offered as a starter.

I think better, his lateral defence is pretty good - something Stef lacks.

That's a great point. I don't think Richo & WT ever
even thought he was a franchise man. Loves to
run over backs & put the bumper bars up and attack

I think we wanted 2 keep him AHX. But not for that
sum & certainly not 4 his production output. Granted
he was all we had, but he fell short. No heart, writing

Interestingly May left for $$...$475 to $667..whereas Stefano was offered $800 and took considerably less to play under Bellamy
We were never going to optimise Stefano..and May is a question mark...but Id back him over Stefano anytime
