Actually a few commentators where putting the Bulldogs 6-10th spot.Haha it's so dumb that people can't differentiate between player and coach. Great player. Club legend. He is going to ruin his legacy by being a shit coach in a team that is toxic. Bulldogs didn't receive this hype before 2024
Yeah, but have you got anything other than that?2 wooden spoons. Weak bench selections. Constantly picking players out of position or not dropping others who need to go. Playing an 18 year old without any breaks (even with a broken hand), lack of defensive game plan, more sin bins and lack of discipline than any other season, shitty press conferences praising extremely low standards, lack of accountability, being one of the boys rather than trying to actually be a coach figure. His coaching career is going to go exactly as his playing career went, flash for a little bit with all out attack, no defence, and a lot of inconsistency. If that is praiseworthy, then we'll remain near the bottom, unless someone carries him
Good post. Being a good footballer would put him into contention for selection in our side. He also has very good pace.I'm not advocating to sign Garrick but that bloke is a superb footballer. He'd start at fullback at a lot of clubs, he'd be our first choice centre and he's a great winger. He kicks at 76% because he kicks from everywhere... 50 metres out and they'll back him to take a shot. Wish we signed him years ago.
Choice between Garrick and Taylan if available latter for me.Good post. Being a good footballer would put him into contention for selection in our side. He also has very good pace.
He's a good footballer and I admire good footballers but he is with the Eagles. I hope Richo is on the case to sign up his children for either our NRL or NRLW teams.Choice between Garrick and Taylan if available latter for me.
Garrick has lost his touch the last few seasons- no thanks ,money best spent elsewhereGood post. Being a good footballer would put him into contention for selection in our side. He also has very good pace.
It’s a reason we struggled in 2024, prior to that we were just a shit show (poorly run club).Idk about anyone else, but i get tired of us having a really young squad as being one of the excuses why we have struggled. A young squad has been one of the side affects of being a poorly run club. No team can compete when their average age is 21-22.
Based on their much improved physiques alone, I’d say there’s a few of our young players that have taken big steps into becoming men during the off season and there’s every chance a few of them play well enough to make it impossible to leave them out of of our NRL side.Idk about anyone else, but i get tired of us having a really young squad as being one of the excuses why we have struggled. Concussion protocols from memoryInjury set Twal back last season can't remember what it was didn't play as well as previous seasons
Also slow as a wet weekConcussion protocols from memory
Anything regarding the off-season is hearsay.Based on their much improved physiques alone, I’d say there’s a few of our young players that have taken big steps into becoming men during the off season and there’s every chance a few of them play well enough to make it impossible to leave them out of of our NRL side.
I get tired of people repeating we are crap .Because the club stated we are rebuilding for the long term .a few years ago, thru the shake up we seem to be in a better place. Back to youth, those kids that played most of 24 look legit moving forward. Actually surprised how they performed at times. Now we need to consolidate ,build "The Family mantra Bunjie was pushing .It all takes patience.Idk about anyone else, but i get tired of us having a really young squad as being one of the excuses why we have struggled. We’re coming off 3 consecutive spoons. Not sure what else you are expecting people to say. The club have put themselves into the best possible position for this year. It’s now or never. No more excuses.I get tired of people repeating we are crap .Because the club stated we are rebuilding for the long term .a few years ago, thru the shake up we seem to be in a better place. I expect people to understand kids take time to reach their prime. I don’t think it’s now or never, I think we’ll improve though. We’re coming off 3 consecutive spoons. Not sure what else you are expecting people to say. The club have put themselves into the best possible position for this year. It’s now or never. No more excuses.
expect/preferer people speak their truth.Just seems at times the negative nellies just don't see any positive future for this club.Yep your right it is just about time to shut up or put up,just a few more years of growing pains b4 easy street, fingers crossedWe’re coming off 3 consecutive spoons. I think we’re in for a good year. But i’ll call a spade a spade when it comes to the last 3 years. Sure, I can except we have been building to the future. But no amount of building for the future excuses 3 consecutive spoons. That’s just being a poorly run club.expect/preferer people speak their truth.Just seems at times the negative nellies just don't see any positive future for this club.Yep your right it is just about time to shut up or put up,just a few more years of growing pains b4 easy street, fingers crossed
right that off on the books as a pasco fiascoI think we’re in for a good year. But i’ll call a spade a spade when it comes to the last 3 years. Sure, I can except we have been building to the future.
