1 of our biggest issues in NRLW is our roster. Just as star power has helped Benji attract players to our men’s team GI will have the same effect to the NRLW side. That’s my issue. Some seem to think it’s automatic.

Caution is the key. When I was younger, I used to do a lot of bonito fishing in summer off Hill 60 at the Port Kembla. Went there in a huge swell one day thinking it'll be fine as I know the spot. Almost got swept off the rocks - lesson learnt. Much prefer the beach at Nambucca. The headland is not really safe.I only go fishing when the ocean is a metre high, and I know my spots well it is not as dangerous as some make out it can produce a good feed, and it is great for the mind.
I believe the Greg Inglis inclusion at the club enhances our chances of retaining Bula - and I’m sure that is front of mind .. he was originally brought in to mentor Bula.IMO The Inglis coaching thing is nothing to get excited about and equally nothing to get outraged about, but because this is a forum we have both.
Glad you survived and are smarter for it, unfortunately there are some out there that never wake up to themselves the risks I have seen some guys take just makes you wonder what they have for brains.Caution is the key. What guarantee is there that he is here for 3 years?I believe the Greg Inglis inclusion at the club enhances our chances of retaining Bula - and I’m sure that is front of mind .. he was originally brought in to mentor Bula.
Do you have some doubt? What guarantee is there that he is here for 3 years?
Always wear spikes these days, even if swell is small.Glad you survived and are smarter for it, unfortunately there are some out there that never wake up to themselves the risks I have seen some guys take just makes you wonder what they have for brains.
If you can't swim you have to be bonkers to go rock fishing.Glad you survived and are smarter for it, unfortunately there are some out there that never wake up to themselves the risks I have seen some guys take just makes you wonder what they have for brains.
Same hear good grip if rocks are slimy never leave home without my pair of Mirage's just slipping over can cause injuries.Always wear spikes these days, even if swell is small.
I can’t swim and I used to bodyboard when I was a teenagerIf you can't swim you have to be bonkers to go rock fishing.
I know mate its crazy some people from landlocked countries that don't know how to swim and have no knowledge of the sea should stay away until they do, it's hard to believe but I can remember many media reports in the past about it, I get the ocean is fascinating thing that draws you to it but please think before you leap.If you can't swim you have to be bonkers to go rock fishing.
Come on G you're taking the piss hopefully.I can’t swim and I used to bodyboard when I was a teenager
Exactly, it’s far from automatic. I’ll go as far as to say I’ve yet to see an elite former player turn into a great coach. Some of the best coaches like Bellamy, Gould, Bennett and Gibson were decent players, but not elite by any stretch. Whereas you have the elite players like Fittler, Daley and Stuart who are average at best as coaches. That’s my issue. Some seem to think it’s automatic.
Nope. I used to go out pretty far too.Come on G you're taking the piss hopefully.
Just as well you didn't lose your shark biscuit then did you learn how to swim later.Nope. I used to go out pretty far too.
GI is also a mate of Sam Burgess and has a strong rapport with Richo. A tad off topic, but whilst talking about old Rabbitohs, tough former Kangaroo second rower Gary Stevens passed away yesterday. Whilst not a SS fan, I recall the great tackling style of Stevens. He was also a gentleman off the field.I believe the Greg Inglis inclusion at the club enhances our chances of retaining Bula - and I’m sure that is front of mind .. he was originally brought in to mentor Bula.
Don't wish to rain on your parade, but Rugby League Immortals Clive Churchill, Norm Provan, and Bob Fulton collectively won 13 premierships between them as Coaches.Exactly, it’s far from automatic. I would’ve like to see how Sterling handled the coaching role, but he was smart enough to stay away from it.
