I agree our edges struggle we i thought we did ok considering imo our weakest defender was on best

Missed a million tackles and no attack.

Luai should be taking control not giving it to Galvin every chance he gets.

Heath Mason is a freakin competitor. He might be far from a first grade fullback but man I admire the way he plays.

He was one of the few positives we had tonight,obviously May was the main positive

Jerome will be fine. Except for his one kick the kicking game was spot on.

Well that was a crap effort , laui really done bugger all , Galvin kicking was terrible, samuale was not seen .
In 90 minutes we never had one backline move , and they run out of steam just before 1/2 time . I said this weeks ago with that back row we can’t win many games

Samuel did fine that I saw. Hard to say though because it was so scrappy. Except for May I'm worried about the front row.

Gees we missed Api, Hope did nothing tonight.
Would have preferred Latu as 14 to maybe add some more attack.
Pretty disappointed with our ability to mount any pressure.
Galvin had a couple of brain farts tonight

Fought hard, lack of quality told in the end. Missed tackles a concern but scrambled well most of the game. Api and Bula will certainly help a lot but they are no silver bullet.

Thought all our edge players both sides didn’t see enough ball. Think we need more inside balls/unders lines for our second rowers and centres personally - seems a strategy though. Might work better with Api playing through the ruck but not sure.

I think Terrell & Hunt were immense.

Jack Bird plays with a strange arrogance and confidence, like he has a chip on his shoulder. He's in for a big year.

Galvin, seemed to try hard but nothing worked out his way. Disappointing.

Romey was solid... hoping the team gels more in coming weeks.

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I think May took too many meters. In the first half he was in every 6. I want his time with the ball to be significant , not hitups

I would seriously play Latu at 6 next week,Galvin was destroying our attack

I thought seyfarth was horrible

And Galvin I thought was poor. Probably our worst player today, though that will happen with the way he plays. Just got to kick happy in the second half.
