Teig Wilton should be the target from the Sharks. Or Colquin.

Yes, if true the reputed figure is bordering on the hysterical. He is not worth anywhere near 750k let alone what he obviously believes he is worth and as much as we need pigs at that price it is a waste of money.Jog on by and let another foolish club blow their cap.
And hopefully Mitch Taotua (along with brother Max) is seen as part of our future. Has another year of JF next year. He's been playing better than Broederlow of late.if we could build a backrow depth chart of
Fainu
Pearce-Paul
Burns
Seyfarth
Sukkar
Broederlow (D)
Godinet (D)
we would be in great shape.
I reckon it’s no chance KPP signs anywhere for 600k.I’d go $600k for KPP. He’s got all the physical attributes to be a very good player but hasn’t been able to put it together yet. Whether that’s on him or the Knights or a combination who knows. With Luai on board (and possibly Benji) this is the first year players we’ve purchased have played to their potential so there is hope we can get a better version of KPP.
I think he would do wonders in our current team and would have no problems with the 600-650k but people also need to remember Richo has not overpaid for any of his signings and knows there worth. What do people think is an acceptable offer to give us value for Pearce-Paul?
For mine, on the cheeky end - 500/550k.
Likely, if he lands, I'd say it's for no less than 650/700k. Unfortunately.
I can't see him or his management walking back too far from his current contract value, given that he is in (somewhat) demand and the cap will likely rise significantly over the course of his next contract.
absolutely agree, but just looking at full-time contracted players. he's much better defensively than LB.And hopefully Mitch Taotua (along with brother Max) is seen as part of our future. Has another year of JF next year. He's been playing better than Broederlow of late.
They would be great additions for us The Chad, but we can only potentially recruit what is available. The Sharks have those 2 under contract and I don’t think they have any intentions of letting them go.Burns is a Temu version of good back rowers.

A Romey link too. Came up through the Panthers system & played a bit of NRL in the same team as Romey in 2020 before he went to StG en route to Sharks.Billy Burns is a great shout, thought the same watching him when we played Cronulla and was unreal on Sunday. Tough fella, a bit crazy and competitive. Realistic chance too
All it says is that someone (we) have offered more than the knights, doesn’t mean the knights have offered $750 as the new contract. Could be $450 and we are offering $550 🤷He is not worth anywhere near 750k let alone what he obviously believes he is worth and as much as we need pigs at that price it is a waste of money.Jog on by and let another foolish club blow their cap.
Also , why speculate about the Roosters in this Forum ? Obviously the poster was signalling that he suspects us as being the Sydney NRL club so why even mention the Roosters on this forum .. I mean it is possible but hardly relevant to this threadI still don't understand where on earth you've pulled this theory from.
I'll ask you again, why do you think the Roosters are in the running to sign Kai Pearce-Paul? "Because they make boneheaded decisions" isn't an answer.

Hymel Hunt could play back row if needed ?Burns is a Temu version of good back rowers.

Fair enough.. 🤝Ned … I’m speculating about a player… happens all the time … BTW - this thread is hardly lunited to Tigers signings news …
Is KPP worth 700k? no. It's an over-inflated salary for an average to good 2nd rower. What is the cost of NOT signing him though? What do people think is an acceptable offer to give us value for Pearce-Paul?

How good is it to see the Broncos copping some media heat and now Marty Taupau likes a post criticising Madge's training methods! Goodbye Kapow!
How good was that Lomax specy post.We are pursuing DCE?
Is this another Lomax thing
With his defence, easily.Hymel Hunt could play back row if needed ?
