DCE or Galv?Just reading the tea leaves from the DCE comments this morning. I think there is a huge chance he is going to the Bulldogs.

Welcome back BP .. I was up there in Alaska Jun/Jul last year doing the inside passage cruise .. yes you are correct .. Alsaka is amazing looking in their summer ... would hate to be there in winter .. brrrrrrWell fellow tiger fans it’s good to be back after may 4 weeks in Alaska , if ur looking for somewhere to go I suggest u look at going to Alaska , it is stunning.
All the islanders I’ve been around are really inclusive and family oriented. What your assuming that in the area where these boys were raised and attended school that they had no interaction with islander boys and their culture ?
All of us started working once we finished school and it was an eye opener for most especially when you are the new kid on the job mixing with older colleagues.
But after a few WEEKS in a big organisation you usually fit right in and feel part of the team.
Tell me how announcing it now would affect the Roosters? He's off to the Roosters.
DCEDCE or Galv?
He said he's spoken to roosters and dolphins...
Yes there was a Board meeting but we're advised it was a scheduled meeting not convened to specifically discuss Galvin. No news is good news. Richardson and Marshall control the flow of information which I enjoy.Wsan't there meant to be a meeting yesterday about Galvin's future? Any news on that or has it been kept internal really well?
Galvin I can see but TDS seems, or at least seemed, really happy and was engaging well with the other guys in the dressing rooms after the games and at training. He’s even regularly engaged in those silly interviews they do with each other and seemed quite at home. Maybe something has changed?I have it on good account that he especially and TDS to some extent don’t bond as well with the team as the rest of them do.
I think the whole Galvin thing has been more disruptive then I’ve given credit for
I've heard some rumblings that Lomax was one they won't trade but can't say the noise ive heard is reliableLads,
I heard from a mate of mine (unfortunately a Parra fan) that we might swap Galvin for Lomax. This is just a rumour but it seems to have gained traction in the Parramatta circles, can anyone else confirm if they've heard anything or is this just Bull.

I think that experiment should’ve been well and truly shut down when Galvin said he didn’t want to play with us anymore. It beggars belief that this is actually still in the game plan and such a wicked waste of Luai’s talent, as well as that of all the other senior players around him. If Galvin’s heart is not in it why is Benji still allowing him run the show? It just makes no sense. My take is that the "let Lachy play what is in front of him" experiment has run its course. I think we despo need Latu back and to stay fit for more than 5 minutes. I think Luai is being asked too often, or deferring too often, to giving Galvin the ball.
Latu at 7 and Luai at 6 lets both players handle the ball equally, Luai can focus on runs and kicks, Latu keeps us straight and he distributes fairly well. Latu also has a direct running game.
Currently with Galvin we spend too much energy trying to guess what he's going to do and where he will go. Yes he pokes through here and there, yes he has try assists but he throws 100 grenades a match with the hopes that a few will land in the enemy trenches. Ironically it's very Benji-like, where the lack of structure starts to hurt his team-mates and although we come hard at the end of most matches, its too frantic. There ends up a considerable lowlights reel to match the highlights reel, when really we are begging for a very modest Cooper Cronk-type performance where 90% of the stuff is solid and boring and dependable.
If Latu was back I'd be inclined to try Lachy at lock, so he can still have his efforts but he touches the ball way less and he gets a bit of defensive starch into his game. Or centres. Failing that, you drop him again.
With Latu out however I don't see what other changes you can make except to ask Luai to take more control and pass to Lachy less often.
Is that you Isaac Moses? lol I see you signed up as a forum member on the same day as the infamous club statement on Lachlan Galvin.TBH, I thought the same, however I would be surprised if we did trade Galv for him. He kicks goals, plays eyes up footy and imo one of the better centers in the game. If we dont end up with Taylan May, I wouldnt be surprised if we end up with Lomax.

But you can't take away from him the improvements he made since being declared the greatest half back of all time, one of those being the grubber into the legs of the opposing team members.Well you see Luke Brooks is the best player ever. Not only is he handsome but he is good at cooking on barbecues. His best play is the no look pass to the second rower who gets smashed. Second only to the grubber that hits the back fence. These two signature plays saw him win Dally M Halfback of the Year and multiple Kelly Barnes medals. The fact he no longer lines up in our colours is a travesty. It was the only reason we won the wooden spoon last year.
I posted on here a few weeks ago that I heard Lomax wanted out of Parramatta so maybe some truthLads,
