I’ve been to quite a few of these over the years and they’re good nights. It was great to see blokes like Noel Kelly and Tommy again but sadly the ravages of time take their toll.
It’s also a shame that most Wests players of the past couple of decades are not worth mentioning in the same breath as these old champions.
I don’t go any more.
