Mate, I mostly agree with you. Just my opinion that the more unconscionable behaviour was from the Galvin camp.
Both Richo & Gould know the rules of the game they've signed up to.
Gus couldn't have signed Galvin if Galvin didn't want to be signed.

It's more about the power he has to manipulate the system that no other GM has as a claimed Rugby League guru in a media position.
Some of the outrageous stuff he said about Galvin was laughable and was a blatant selling job on behalf of his club to a contracted player.

It will be interesting to see the effect on the Dogs. They have a stable pairing in Sexton and Burto that's working. If they put Burton in the 7 to accommodate Galvin, they will fail because Burton isn't a 7, and nor is Galvin. I can imagine this derailing their season too, unless they have other plans. It looks to me that the Dogs' halves, centres and lock will be wondering what will happen now. It would be fun to see him screw up the Dogs like he screwed up the Tigers.
