Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

So we don’t know for sure then ?

If he has signed to play for another team on June 30… I would be surprised if they let him play today…. Might mean he is here the rest of the year if he is indeed playing though
It happens. The Roosters did it with Dom Young last week. Plays against the Knights, then joins them for their recovery session the next morning.

Take note also, that with Luai missing this game, he will miss next against the Roosters as well with it being the pre-Origin weekend.

Meaning at best, we won't get to see Luai and Latu start together until Sunday 13th July against the Warriors.

Fingers crossed Bula can line up for an early return then.

I know all clubs are affected by injuries, but for a club needing a bit of luck this year to help bounce back, we're not getting a whole lot.

Well Latu better put his big boy pants on then right ?

yeah injures/illness are inevitable but the club shoots itself in the foot time and time again by releasing players when he have 0 depth. bud sullivan, Galvin would be really good right now. imagine if this happened a week later and tds was already released. god knows what team we’d field. we have horrid luck but the clubs to blame as well

Stephano and Papalii have done nothing and are flat track bullies who only look good in better teams. Stephano only made Origin cause hes in Bellamy's team and hasn't done anything in a N.S.W jumper. Large and Galvin may have great careers only time will tell. Galvin though will turn into a very good Wade Graham type backrower one day imo. Dasilva barring injury is imo easily a 200 - 250 game first grader. Will be be as good as made out only Time will tell. Just can't fathom letting someone go who is going to give us 10 years of reliable service for someone who is going in 2 years. I'm pissed at Api aswell, he's the captain if I'm captain I lead by example and say look it's in the clubs interest to keep this guy. I'll stay for 2 years in a transition role to support this guy at 9. Take a paycut and do what I need to as a leader so the club don't lose Dasilva, start from the bench, take on a utility role to fill holes on gameday of give Dasilva a break. There might be something going on in the background with Dasilva that noone outside knows about for the reason the club are just willing to say goodbye. It's the only logical thing I can come up with.

Yeah it's a shame he went to the eels he would have filled a role for us.. I like him as a player
People on here were talking a lot about Taylan May and his morality - but not so much about DeBelin and his.

Must love playing reggies
He won’t be in Reggie’s, he will take the wing spot of Jack Bostock while he is out with his ACL injury.
Meanwhile our old mate Junior Tupou will go back to QLD Cup unless someone buys out his contract.
With match winners such as Tabuai-Fidow, Herbie Fsrnworth, Selwyn Cobbo we are miles behind them.
They get it, we don’t.
