Garner’s best attribute is his edge running and I can’t see any skills required for a 13Jack Debellin would have been good. I'd also take Luke Garner back as a 13.

It’s funny isn’t it, each year I feel the same. It’s just this year the team is competing better but on that note we have the equal 2nd most losses this season and don’t look like changing that anytime soon. It’s as if all the comp is evolving.Yeah …I agree with that..
Watching games like last night ,,.they are levels from that standard ..
What else do you think they were going to talk about? He can’t sign for next year unless we agree. Blame the club if this happens, not the NRLThe NRL would become even more of a joke if they allow this to happen - this has escalated from WT allowing TDS to "talk " to other clubs to now clubs offering 3 year deals 18 months in advance.
Just thought of Marky Mark Nawaqanitawase who would be an even bigger name but despite the fact that he should of been one of our Balmain side juniors, I don't think he's coming. Is Ava Seumanufagai coming out of retirement to rejoin us?
Can't think of any other big names without going for one of those hyphenated name players. 🤣
yeah injures/illness are inevitable but the club shoots itself in the foot time and time again by releasing players when he have 0 depth. bud sullivan, Galvin would be really good right now. imagine if this happened a week later and tds was already released. god knows what team we’d field. we have horrid luck but the clubs to blame as well
I think Hamiso may be angling to head back north...Must love playing reggies…
Edit - might mean the Hammer or Herbie on their way to Perth in 2027
The red zone attack or lack there of is often noted not just by us but even the commentators. No one has been … the whole team blows inside the 20
Depth ?I didn’t say week in week out . I said for depth .
Um, ok.Well Latu better put his big boy pants on then right ?
Well reportedly he doesn't want to be too far from Cherbourg so it must be the Queensland Reds with the RWC in '27 lolCobbo only signed for a year. Clear what his intentions are for 27.
He won’t be in Reggie’s, he will take the wing spot of Jack Bostock while he is out with his ACL injury.

But in most games it’s hardly a factor.
Scoring from a tackle or two inside the 20m agaisnt a disjointed defence is not red zone attack.
It would be when the team is given a full set to orchestrate a play within that zone.
What I’ve noticed is yes our red zone attack is clunky but I’ve also noticed it’s not where clubs are starting their tries from. In most cases line breaks leading to try scoring opportunities start from around the halfway mark. I’d be curious to know who has the most successful red zone attack in the comp. My guess is it’s the guess is it’s the Warriors or Panthers.
It needs improvement sure, but to be a real threat in the comp you need to convert your line break opportunities that start from midfield!
We don’t have enough speed in our team tj score long range tries, not enough quality or class to score when we in the red zone, it doesn’t leave much left.Lots of tries are scored from repeated sets inside the 20 … we seem to struggle with this IMO…
Commentators also note it is hard to score from inside the 10 these days. Need more depth. The red zone attack or lack there of is often noted not just by us but even the commentators.

That’s putting it nicely.Commentators also note it is hard to score from inside the 10 these days. Need more depth.
Do agree that most of the time our attack is still clunky in the 20.

I know I sound like a broken down record, but the imbalance within our team is a big problem aside from our obvious lack of class.
With all the money we are saving from letting players go and signing nobody, what is the point of it ?

I commented on the 10. Should you have a differing opinion all goo but address the comment pls instead of moving the goal posts as you seem to like too. It's getting boring.I don’t have the stats in front of me ..but my recollection is that Canberra seem to manage it ok? Inside the 20 anyway
It’s not as bad as it seems.Lots of tries are scored from repeated sets inside the 20 … we seem to struggle with this IMO…
