Rubbish - he ran plenty last week when they were dominating!

He literally chose to not take the drop-back pass from Crichton on the break from the Bula chip - just to avoid collision from the inside defender in the head-gear!

He still had PTSD from the best fend from a Tigers player since Ben Galea flipped Tony Martin!

Both Galvin & Martin's heads got buried in the grass and we got the penalty when Crichton came in high to save him!

He will have lost a lot of trust from his team mates - and proven yet again to the real observers that when the going gets tough he goes missing!

There is talk the Bulldogs players are getting sick and tired of having the spend almost every interview talking about Lachlan Gavlin.

It’s gone on for months now, and while they don’t blame Galvin for what has transpired, they are said to be over playing their bit parts in the ongoing Galvin soap opera.


It doesn’t surprise given every time you here one of the Bulldogs players interviewed the only questions that seem to get any airtime relates to Galvin.

Whether it’s his messy exit from the Tigers, how he has settled in at the Dogs, is everything okay between Galvin and Toby Sexton, and now Galvin’s injury is the latest chapter.

If you thought you were over reading about it, think how the other Bulldogs players would be feeling.

He’s just aware he has the best centre in the world outside him. He probably actually needs to design some plays using Crichton as the decoy, his long flat pass is getting a bit predictable.

He deadset catted it. Actually drew his arms back from catching the ball. I reckon JL is yelling at him “I’m coming for ya Garfield Gal!!!” Yes that’s his new nickname, “Garfield Gal”

I tried googling Ben’s fend, but nothing. It did however remind me of the greatest ever fend in NRL history “Pat’s fend”

Im keen to see him the rest of this season… they play tough teams who will target him over the run home and finals…

Rumours he will be a late scratching this week with the injury

Well if he does play, I hope he includes something in his dossier about Ciraldo making him play while injured. 🤣

But he’s the best player Gus has ever seen. Everything should revolve around Galvin.

This is all a smoke screen. Will be interesting to see if he plays. Why would you play an injured half when you have a qualified, experienced one waiting in the wings that has already gotten you to the top of the ladder. This whole Galvin infatuation that Gus has is derailing the Dogs season and I love seeing it. On top of all of this is the guy is not a 7 at best he is a 6 or a busy (slow) centre.

Shame about this mess but Galvin is a good player with Potential, but he has been rushed before he was mature enough or skills level warranted it.
