yup bit of a joke8 players from CHS in the starting 13. They didn't even make the final. Schoolboy rugby league is possibly the most corrupt form of the game.

Has a well-rounded game, the best game managing half we have in pathways atm imo. Would like to see him develop a more threatening running game but he's got good potential Marc. Can see him develop into a good NRL depth half one day in the mould of a Cogger, Schneider, O'Sullivan.![]()

A decent young player but no standout.
we swap players with Penrith all the time, particularly at junior level. we haven’t lost James Lanyon or Yacoub Ali Jida. it’s ok.It is funny how we see them as decent/ non standout, but Penrith/storm see something different??
One thing Goodfield possessed which stood him in good stead & we lack was speed & elusiveness. He played well in his most recent game for us too, that CUBS U18 match v visiting French team.we swap players with Penrith all the time, particularly at junior level. we haven’t lost James Lanyon or Yacoub Ali Jida. it’s ok.
don’t get me wrong I’m disappointed about Goodfield, I just don’t think it’s a huge loss is all.One thing Goodfield possessed which stood him in good stead & we lack was speed & elusiveness. He played well in his most recent game for us too, that CUBS U18 match v visiting French team.
Oh well can't keep them all and, as you say, Lanyon & Ali Jida were good gets. Plus we have another very talented centre in that 17/18yo age group, Glassie Glassie.
