Maybe… won’t be the end of the world …as you say they have more to play for at the end of the day …

Not really we are close to full strength in what many of our fans believe is a genuine top 8 team next season .
This is a good chance to prove their ability.
I’m expecting our million dollar fullback and even more expensive 5/8 to carve up a team who are noted poor defenders.

True, but at this stage if we get two injuries to our outside backs we don’t really have anyone as a genuine NRL quality replacement.
Two injuries can happen.

Also, we have Taylan May.

I mean the guy is great. He is clearly a great footballer. Yet people were criticising Chris Sandow on here re his tempermant and... May is making Sandow look level headed..

I really don't want us hiring depth in the backs. I really really dont' want us too, yet I can imagine May doing something stupid sooner or later.

I woudl really like it if we only had one reserve back. ... Sadly we may need 2.

obviously prefer they win ..but win or lose today and having either 9 or 10 wins for the season will count for little difference come Round 1 2026…

I have a feeling we end the season an a bad note. The Leichhardt loss was huge. 3 in a row for the first time in ages. And now we could lose 3 in a row. Titans will be up for Dessy and Foran. They have nothing to lose. Their attack can score at any time. Our attack is very disjointed. Titans in a error-riddled game for me. The Raiders game was a loss but the boys played well. Don't think they have consistency to back it up

I think we should sign Suosifa Talakai from the sharks. Apparently he’s available for 2026. Can play middle or edge, or in the centres. Would be a lock for a bench spot because of his versatility. Brings impact off the bench. Wouldn’t cost too much.
