It really is the WTF family. If we all shared the same opinion on the forum, it'd be a boring world to live in.
 
Im undergoing numerous tests for unusual blood test results. Totally unexpected as i feel relatively ok. But now i look back over several years i can see something odd was going on.
So have a week of scans and further blood tests to try diagnose the cause.
I was one of many men who preferred to not find out if anything bad is happening behind the scenes. So until next week i will just fluctuate between positive and negative thoughts whist waiting for a diagnosis.

Wishing you all the best 🤗 it’s completely natural to feel a mix of worry and hope while you’re waiting. Anyone would. Just remember to be kind to yourself through it and take things one moment at a time.

Life is full of ups n downs ,stay true to yourself n it will unfold as intended, nothing to be scared of , there's no monsters in the dark just need the resolve to stop freaking out and turn the light on
 
Cancer just sucks , I got the bad news in June , had heaps of tests from February and then bang ,Pancreatic Cancer , no surgery available for mine as it has wrapped around main artery, had a stint put in as it blocked bile duct , that helped me turn back to normal colour from orange , started chemo in September 3 on 1 off , third week is a real killer get done Tuesday don’t come good until Friday , given 6 to 18 months but I’m planning to stick around a bit longer , very tough on family but they adjust after a while , friends are the same they don’t know what to say when they find out but I just tell them it’s all good and I be around to annoy them for a while yet , positive thinking is a must and also thoughts for now not the end , plan a trip , I’m doing 3 day cruise to no where early December friends coming so good group few days ,
 
Hey mate, I’m so sorry for your news but am impressed with your positive thoughts. I know pancreatic cancer is the mother of all cancers but I agree with how you intend to live your life. Outlive them all if for no other reason than to spite the bastards. My thoughts will be with you all the way.

Tragic news mate but you have a very positive attitude and that is a massive plus in your fight.Prove the doctors wrong.You will always have support on here.Take care always.

Champion @426Tlgerland - and I do mean champion - sorry to hear about your diagnosis.
None of us know how we'd respond to this type of news, but what I do know is you never give up!
Fight this miserable cancer with everything you've got and amaze the doctors!
I also hope that the Tigers win a bit extra for you - every day is a battle for everyone but people like you are the ones who inspire the rest of us.
I'm in your corner champ!

So sad to hear of your news, but so glad to hear your positive outlook and approach. Not sure what we can do except be here for you to chat with if and as required. I trust that our Tigers give you cause to celebrate though next year.
