HBG, Independent Directors Sacked

"The purpose of the Committee which reports to the Board, is to identify and recommend suitable candidates for debenture or Board positions (as directed by the Board), who meet the recruitment criteria set out by the Board. The Committee will meet as often as necessary, typically between March and June each year. Additional meetingsmay be convened if debenture vacancies arise outside this review period."

Recent admissions to the group
Leo Epifania - WSDRLFC 'member-elected' director
Allan Fallah - WSDRLFC 'member-elected' director
Bob Cairns - WSDRLFC 'member-elected' director
Tony Raciti - APIA Leichhardt

Wests Ashfield have bought an equity stake in APIA Leichhardt football club.

Boys club.

Also, Clare Burgess is a debenture holder. Her suitability is she is Palpatine's wife.

Couldn't think of anything worse

HBG is making its contingency plans in preparation for Richardson’s potential exit and are considering parachuting recently departed Manly chief Tony Mestrov into an interim role.

Somber days, hard to read every post from the sheer volume so apologise if this has been answered.

What exactly is it that a club licences from the NRL? Is it the team name? Or is it basically a position in the competition and the club owns any IP in the team name? Something else?

If when all the dust is settled we come up with the he debenture system ditched in favour of a democratic system where the board is elected by members and a board who is focused on the Weststigers and not Wests and Balmain this whole ugly saga might have been worth all the drama of the last week.

Chances of it happening, slim

That’s all we are asking - pretty simple really. If the debenture system remains we are screwed.
