It's still unclear the direction the club wants to go with the board make-up. If it comes back a largely independent group, it could go a long way to satisfying a lot of fans.
The reasoning for the removal of board members continually gets overlooked, or maybe downplayed is more the correct term.
HBG obviously felt left out of the decision making loop on financial discussions- something that they claim was part of them agreeing to the recommendations. If that is the case, then their reaction can be understood. (The validity of the claim isn't what I question- just the claim itself & taking it on face value).
Their next actions are really more important for mine. How the board gets structured & the people that make it up will be the indicator of what HBG really are trying to achieve.
Everyone can feel as sceptical as they feel is appropriate- but hanging them before the restructure feels premature.
