Strong team with 2 or 3 to drop back from NRL extended squad too.

Will probably spend the year at Flegg along with Tapau Moors and Havea Jnr , and Heyward . Well I hope so . It will be good to keep the in thier age group and dominate that level . I see we got Stevanonic back from the bears . We’ve got halves coming out of our ears.
Apparently . I thought he was north’s halfback? Or was that 24. He’s a good footy player. He’s steady . And has experience . I think that NSW cup team will benefit from that , with Matai and Andruws in the halves until Fainu comes back . Geez that’s an exciting cup halves pairing if madden gets the 14 jersey. There’s some talent amongst those 3.
Stevanovic probably should start at 7 alongside Andrews for his experience and kicking game.
Matai is a good ball runner, but has an average kicking game.

It’s not about me . It’s about the kid . It son forums like this and twitter , people form group think , and the it turns into really nasty shit . Like L Brooks getting death threats after games . You may be able to differentiate and have nuanced thought , but heaps of people don’t .
“Mason is shit “ will turn into “Mason should just kill himself . Useless prick” . Which was said on here numerous times about Brooks and before that Fitzhenry and McDonnell .

Just give the kid a break is all he’s 20 . He debuted when he should had been in SG ball, 3-5 levels below nrl . Think about that . And we had to ! The contracts that sheens and McDonnell handed out forced us to debut all these kids . And nearly to a man when Luke L goes next year , Mason will be the only one left . Not very smart from the sheenius in hindsight .

I thought Broaderlow was just starting to look comfortable and play really well at prop, not sure if moving him back to an edge is a good thing.
I think Sukkar is also now better suited to the middle.
I know we are a little light on edge back rowers with Ethan Roberts injured and Phoenix Godinet playing SG Ball, but we could have played Solo Saukuru as an edge back rower where he has showed plenty of potential over the back end of last season.
Regardless it still looks a good team on paper, will be interesting to see how they go.

Yeah I thought the same re Broederlow but he did look alright on the left edge in the trials. Hopefully he has worked on his lateral movement in defence but his fitness seems to have really picked up.
Just a thought, I think Benji is big in having extremely fit backrowers as it is an all-effort position nowadays. Maybe Sukkar & Broederlow have good engines now & perhaps that is holding Saukuru back. Just a thought.
