Twal is a role model for our young forwards. He has refined his game and is aware of his role in the team. I wish we had a few more of him in our team.

I'm starting to put this under Ellis' 2010/11 performances as a forward.

Not there yet, but if he continues this for the whole year, imo, it could be the best year by a forward in our colours.

Not just the amount of work he gets through, the quality is top tier. He took a number of runs last night which changed the momentum of that set.

And his line speed is what I would expect from an origin player. He is the reason we are making so many more metres than other teams. Any time someone tries to run at or near the markers, he is there to smash them.

This guy just continues to put egg all over 90% of people on this forum's collective faces.
The plodder, the guy that wouldn't play NRL at any other club, the waste of a top 30 spot.

Twal has delivered from day 1 at this club without any appreciation from the fans.

If Origin is picked on form Twal is the first middle picked. Nobody has outperformed him.

It was Seyfarth that fell/tackled into him that caused the injury. Twal gave Seyfarth a gob full when he was down on the ground being attended to as well

He/ Benji have reinvented him into a mini colossus. He took some real punishment on Saturday but never flinched and it was only friendly fire that got him.
He will be sorely missed while he’s out coz his workload and influence will be hard to replicate.
Just when we think things are getting better ie players back from injury, another one goes down.
Next man mentality must be the call v Penrith.

Been our best player all season. Unlucky to sustain injuries when he did, would be in the frame for origin IMO. Same with Doueihi.

I don’t think so. Doueihi was almost a certainty. But Twal had too many middles in front of him.
