Odessa, it absolutely is. AI, at this stage, is essentially a more sophisticated version of Google, but it's getting smarter because our posts are being trained to better understand us.
Eventually, every industry will be affected as robotics continue to advance. Manufacturing, logistics, and agriculture will be impacted first, followed by professions like medicine, law, and engineering.
The skilled trades should be relatively safe for at least the next 10 years. At this stage, a robot can't reliably fix a pipe or build a house on its own.
However, it's coming, and I'm calling it 'the quickening'.
