It’s such a wild conspiracy to suggest that the governing body and owner of the franchise licences actively singles out and cheats one of its clubs - one with a robust fanbase mind you - out of being competitive every year. They want it to languish at the bottom of the table because presumably the drama created draws in millions of clicks online?
