Seriously what is the process when a player signs? Does the NRL have to rubber stamp it until it is official? But I knew this would happen to both Tedesco and Woods. How can the NRL register these players with these clubs when they are over the cap??

I agree, I just heard the woods interview. I guess what it comes down to is that they don't have much leverage. I just dont know why the bulldogs woulds be interested in woods???? look at their forwards, they need backs!
