Don't know why it won't play on here. I suggest you watch it though, I had a chuckle.

If he is about to announce by the end of the week, looks like signed the contract two weeks ago.

Looks like he is just trying to save face by saying the club left him no option in the end.

Good luck to him, hope he is happy with his decision.

Exactly. He didn't have enough time but he would have had that in front of him for a long time. He just played us along and now Clearly has got in there and said enough.

Great form for a captain of our great club. He has forever damaged his reputation and I bet Dogs supporters don't even want him.

Woods is apparently going to announce his future at the end of the week.

Surely the bulldogs haven't had enough time to reassemble their roster and thus be salary cap compliant in 2018 (with foran and woods).

So how can the NRL register his contract with the dogs and thus allow Woods to announce his deal with the dogs ?

Same goes for Tedesco's apparent announcement on Friday.

Beau Ryan said tonight a big reason why Aaron woods was going to sign with the Bulldogs was to play with Josh Reynolds.

Klemmer is his best mate… the issue is Woods wanted a guarantee that Graham is not being shopped around ...so to accomodate that request they have to offload other. Players

Yeh I thought Klemmer was his best mate.

In the Josh Reynolds interview today he said the hardest person to tell was Klemmer so maybe there is a love triangle there from origin.

Anyone else thinking that WT recent signings Reynolds and Matulino will influence Woods decision? If he is making his call at the end of this week seems weird that NRL would approve a contract with Bulldogs when they haven't moved on anyone under contract for next year as Tony said

Woods asked as much in a meeting with the Raellene and Des. Their response to woods was all time!

Then the club imposed its deadline. Some believe the club had no choice in order to plan for the future. Woods saw it as a slap in the face.
>
It's a sad predicament given Woods likes new coach Ivan Cleary and believes in the vision he has for the club.
>
Unfortunately he might not be around to see it come to fruition. If he wants to stay a Tiger for life, all he has to do is ask and the contract will be put back on the table.
>
But he's been hurt by the club's ultimatum, so much so he chose to ignore some of the Tigers' hierarchy in the sheds after their win against the Bulldogs on Sunday.

If Chammas is supposedly on WTs/Woods side then im guessing this is accurate.
Woods needs to grow a set and stop acting all sooky lala…princesses these days

If this is true it's kindergarten level stuff, I don't like the way you have acted so I'm not talking to you. I've always thought if you have an issue with someone or something just say so.

What did they expect? For them to get their big pay packets they were always going to force players out of their clubs and unfortunately for a clubman like Josh Reynolds this will happen.
But that"s footy these days so they keep on telling us and some of the players do get affected like us fans.

Idk how you can watch the Reynolds interview and not be won over. That's how you leave a club. He debuted the same year as Woods and has played a similar number of games, and he was on the verge of tears. Our captain seems like he can't wait to leave. Im not counting on a 15 minute, no punches pulled explanation as to why he's leaving. Reynolds is going to bring everything to this club that Woods doesn't give it. Passion.

It makes the early comment from Ivan that "the star of the team is the team" more prevalent.

Was obviously a sign to a few 'stars' around here that they aren't bigger than the club.

We will continue on with or without these guys who have put themselves consistently ahead of the club and that is why they are being treated with strength.

This comes down to club culture.
Woods learnt this trait from the one and only Robbie Farah. He was always ignoring people he didn't like and keep a grudge going.
I can see now why people wanted Farah gone, his influence is right there for all to see.
