Agree! He is the best attacking and defensive centre in the game, Mitchel is great but lazy and unfit, Graham is solid, Whigton is average.

Sorry for AD, but was never going to be a decent 5/8. Staines should have been at fullback all year, he is our key player at the moment in attack. We need a goalkicker ! Brooks showed that his game revolves around our go forward, and showed what he can do, but needs use the short kicking game...

If we had problems signing quality players before, the jersey fiasco is a nail in the coffin .

Good side, but would try Simpkin at 7, Wakeham at 6 and BRooks to 14. Brooks could cover the halves, hooker, and fullback , and give him the opportunity to be out of the spotlight and gain confidence. If not he can join AD in the cup side.

Nothings changed , just moving the deck chairs around . AD to fullback over Staines--rediculous. AD anywhere- rediculous. Brooks the best of the worst halves we have- not ideal. Simkin would add spark and toughness in the halves- it's worth a try. Wish we had Desi or Flannagan to kick some arse.

To many high expectations, we bought well in a hard market and mainly forwards, but the spine is still weak as well as our backline. By far the worst in the comp. I thought they would clear the decks of the duds, but they extended some. Go-figure ! Severely dissapointed.
