Yeah it was pretty flukey, but good players make their own luck. What did he do? Put a bomb up and arsed himself into a position where he got the bat back while he was in space. Hardly hitting the heights.

I think the knights recruitment strategy is ill advised, just based on my general theory of league that champion teams usually conquer factory sides with splatterings of marquee. As a Knights' supporter, what would you think losing KPP and perhaps Gagai for Brown. With Sharpe, the Knights have a running 5/8. It seems Brown is not required.
For WTs' supporters, do you want a ball playing forward by the name of Galvin or Pearce-Paul? Pearce-Paul wins everyday and seems a very level headed young player.
Richo caved, Apis manager hired a lawyer and is alleging Richo has been sexually harassing him.So the NRL are breaking their own rules and already poaching api who is not free to negotiate until,November
I'd love to give him a go, though your spot on the contract would have to have him on a very short leash, comes across as someone unstable who needs a mentor.I know that Taylan has alot of potential but I am genuinely concerned about his stability.
Ive seen ppl go through what I assume to be similar stuff, and they don't generally just go to rehab and come out "fixed".. Its usually a process over time.. and he'll probably fck up a few times along the way, so if we sign him, we do so accepting the risk it isn't going to be a smooth ride... We either be there as a support for him or we don't sign him at all.. there's no point throwing him a lifeline and having a 0 strikes policy, because i just don't think it's a reasonable expectation if what Ive read is to be believed.
I don't think this is as clear cut a signing as ppl make it out to be..
I'm struggling to imagine a revitalised Royce. That was a terrible decision to give him three seasons.Imagine a middle in 2026 of ...

Yes, but SE fans are fickle....Great stats from last nights game, he can motor when he needs to, is a big unit and can bend the line. Has been out of the picture of late via suspension along with a solid front row rotation at Manly, but would offer us some decent strike and go forward with two good years left. If you look at our FR stocks and what big Royce gave us last week, definitely wouldnt hurt signing Sipley as rotation and some insurance. My two cents. No to sipley. He isn't good apart from last night. Trust me the fans over there would love for us to take him.
Just from what iv seen of the guy I'm a huge Sukkar fan. Type of guy we need, rolls his sleeve up, makes his tackle and is big, tough and skilful enough he can pop through the line, he's only played a handfull of games, he will only get better iv got him ahead of Seyfarth, Twal and Hunt in our pecking order. I'm a Twal fan aswell.I’ve got Sukkar surging ahead. Good signs early.
Hell get better, im sure they will be smashing him on the fitness side of things at Concord. We need Royce to be at his best coming off the bench and breaking the line.I'm struggling to imagine a revitalised Royce. That was a terrible decision to give him three seasons.
Richo obviously hasn't been watching NadenI think Richo had some concerns about him after he met him
Not so sure. He's already done one pre season with usHell get better, im sure they will be smashing him on the fitness side of things at Concord. We need Royce to be at his best coming off the bench and breaking the line.

Get better based on what? He’s almost 30 and has never been able to play 40 mins in his life. I don’t think he’s going to suddenly reinvent himself. What you see is what you get with this guy.Hell get better, im sure they will be smashing him on the fitness side of things at Concord. Helps when the refs don’t pick up the fact that the bloke who got the ball and threw it back to him was in front of him when he kicked it.Yeah it was pretty flukey, but good players make their own luck.
Decent, but not great.Imagine a middle in 2026 of ...

Good post. We all want signings but not another Storm cast off at the back end of his career. Why Tui? He's 31. WT already have Hunt who is 30 this year too, and regressing fast. Jack Bird is also 30 and nowhere near the player he was, and has been moved on by several clubs over his career. We can see why. One good performance, for 3 or 4 ill-disciplined ones.
They need more middles in their prime. 23-28 yo. Horsburgh was the one to get, but Ricky didn't want him to go. You know they have something to offer when their incumbent club still wants them. No doubt fools here will put their hand up for Papali'i. Maybe 2 or 3 seasons ago, but not now.
Beware of players being punted by opposition clubs. Olam, Sullivan, Hunt, Bird, etc. Kamikamica would be another to add to that list if Melbourne are happy to see him go. If they're no good for them, they should be no good for WT! I'm still waiting for what the issue might be with May. Hopefully it was just an extroverted personality that was too much for the Roosters to handle.
WT needs to be better at identifying, recruiting, and 'holding' onto younger players with NRL careers ahead of them. The middles stocks have been bare for several seasons now.
